Naomi greeted me cheerfully when I arrived and ushered me into a well appointed private room full of state of the art equipment. She thoroughly explained the treatment she recommended to me. She gently and efficiently gave me a treatment that included microdermabrasion, a mask, and extractions. Pleasant, professional, and topped off with a soothing neck rub. I highly recommend Orissa Spa Boutique and Naomi in particular.

Was gifted a massage here for Mother's Day but do not come here for a massage. When I arrived, the door was locked which I thought was weird but ok. The room I was put in for my massage was actually meant for facials. The massage table was also not meant for massages and was wobbly af. When I brought this up to the employee she nervously laughed it off like "yeahhh our tables are really wobbly lolz. " When I asked if there's anything they can do to fix the wobbliness she said she didn't think so. I said "the owners should know about how wobbly the tables are. Employee said "she does know" She said the room we were in was not meant for massages but the massage room was being used. Ok. Also part you lay your face in on the table was also very uncomfortable on my face and neck and not cushioned at all unlike literally every other place I've gotten a massage at. So then she moves me to the actual "massage room" and it looks identical to the room I was already in. Table was also wobbly. Face hole was again uncomfortable. Massage was ok at best. When I was done I had an insane indent in my face from the uncushioned face hole. When I was checking out I let the front desk woman know about how wobbly the tables were and how distracting it was to my experience and showed her my face dent and she tried to tell me it was normal. Yes some imprinting on your face is normal from a massage but not like this. Worst massage experience I've ever had, unprofessional staff and unapologetic about it. Don't give them your money

I love going to Orissa Spa!! I’ve had multiple facials here and I always like to try different ones, from the oxygen to the hydro facial to and the collagen facial. This is the only place I trust to do dermaplaning on me. They always leave me feeling and looking great! Natalia is the best and so are all the estheticians at Orissa.
