We love Dr. Alb. He always takes his time and is genually concerned about the health of Mr. Powell and is very thorough and hesgot a great smile even though we dodnt get to see that today do to having to wear those awful masks.

Dr Alb is a caring and compassionate dr. He takes his time hearing your concerns and explains everything very well. The wait time is a little long about 2-3 hours but Dr Alb is worth it. His wife is also a dr there and she is an excellent dr as well. If you're looking for a good dr, then you should go see Dr Alb!

Will not consider anything other than his opinion. Doesn't want to provide any assistance that might be contrary to his direction. Didn't seem to want to spend more than a few minutes. Staff, especially receptionists and telephone service is far below par. Of course, just my opinion but I could be wrong

I have been a patient at this location for over 4 years. Dr. Alb is caring, compassionate, and professional. I love him! BUT to get in to see any doctor at this location involves a wait anywhere from 35 min-1.5 hours. As much as I love him and his staff, I can't take this anymore. I waited for over one hour today and finally just left. I will not go to this clinic again. I think the wait is so bad b/c they have an urgent care in the clinic and so they see people without an appointment.
