I cannot thank Dr. Peter Rullan and his caring staff enough for all they did to help me. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Such a very caring and professionally run office. I had to have several procedures done to eliminate a large tumor/abscess and minor cosmetic work. The entire experience went flawlessly. I have been a professional athlete my entire life and it had been over 15 years without having to go to any doctor so I was scared to death to see one. I do not always trust doctors or hospitals. I had been suffering with excruciating pain for almost a year (kept procrastinating) and I am telling you going to see Dr. Rullan was like a miracle and my life being given back to me. You have no idea. I thought I was going to be out for months longer, but what Dr. Rullan was able to do for me in such a short amount of time was a true blessing. With Dr. Rullan's extreme knowledge in a seemingly complex dermatology field he was able to completely eliminate a nearly 3 inch by 3 inch growth in a very private area with basically very minor painless surgery. I went from pain and constant bleeding thinking there was no hope to healed in no time. I do not want to go into all the details because somewhat gruesome, but the outcome was just remarkable. I would trust this man with my life and will always go back to him. Now I know why he is known as one of the top 1% most respected caring doctors in the country. Anyone who is fortunate to be seen by Dr. Rullan should be thankful. He is extremely busy with a vast amount of clients yet the staff did whatever they could to always make sure I was able to be seen in a rather short amount of time on several occasions. Ever since the first experience I have been in a couple other times to have some cosmetic work done and every time perfect work. Wow what a great experience.

Dr. Peter Rullan is an extremely skilled, experienced, and caring doctor. My hypertrophic and pitted acne scars saw ~70% improvement after just two sessions with him. He's judicious in his approach and knows when to be aggressive and when to play it safe.He doesn't overcharge like many well-known cosmetic dermatologists, nor does he push unnecessary or harmful procedures on his patients.Office admin is a mess though, probably due to to the high volume of patients they get. Remote cosmetic consult and follow-up appointments can be a little delayed/disorganized, but don't let that turn you away! The results are definitely worth it.

Worst dermatologist EVER! Don't waste your time and money at the place. Doctor Rullan does not care about your problem, he'll charge you top dollar without further follow-up. I paid more than 2K for one procedure which did not help my skin AT ALL and called their office several times but they did not respond back. Zero responsibility, Zero professionalism.

No prescription, No follow up, No specific improvement. They just get your money and leave you alone. The doctor does not give a heck about the results. He did a series of ineffective aggressive procedure called Trio (acne scar removal) on my face and did not respond when I called them back. My face looks even worse than before (not even 5% improvement let alone 20-30% that they claim at the beginning). I'm a student thus on a short budget. I wish I had chosen a better dermatologist instead of wasting my money and my time here. I paid 2200 for one session of Trio for nothing and they don't even care if you are not satisfied with results.

Was suppose to have a consultation at 2:40 and it's now 3:35 and they barely gave me a call at 3:38. The front desk are the most unprofessional people ever. They don't know how to schedule consultations and have no common courtesy of other people's schedule. I'm still expecting a call so I'll see what the update is.

Yes they are open during covid!My acne scars have never looked better thanks to Dr. Rullan! They are covid-friendly, and wait times are reasonable.I've had over 12 procedures here and have seen over 75% improvement, coming from severe acne scars. I had all types of scars (rolling, ice pick, boxcar), and all of them saw improvement. As far as pricing goes, it will be a major expense for many, but it's totally reasonable and worth it.Message me if you'd like to see photos of my improvement. This doctor failed to notice I have rosacea and performed a very aggressive microneedling treatment. My skin is now very reactive and always sensitive. All this doctor did was make my skin a lot worse and refuses to refund my money. Would not recommend to anyone.

Dr Jennifer Rullan was wonderful. This was my first visit to see a dermatologist I had no idea what to expect. The minute I met her she put me at ease and removed so many of my unwanted spots. I can not wait to continue my treatments with her. I can already tell she is going to be the doctor that keeps me looking young.

Watched a youtube vlog about one of his previous satisfied customers and I contacted their office via email. They are currently offering free virtual consultations and also answer any and all questions through email which I really appreciate. And right away too. I did not have to wait several days for a response. Even got quoted on the same day. I made my appt and then drove 2 1/2 hours, Los Angeles to Chula Vista, for Electrocautery. I was literally there for about 10 min. The staff were easy going and friendly, but Dr. Rullan is what really made my visit memorable. What a nice guy. Great at making you feel comfortable and really seems to know what he is doing. I totally recommend going to see this dermatologist. I will definitely return to their office. Even if I have to drive 2 1/2 hours to get there.
