If your family member has dementia or Alzheimer's he's not the best primary doctor to have, always pushes for other people to have answers then when its his turn to sign off on things he's unreliable.. if you have him change that's what im doing for my dad hope this helps other family members no use this doctor

MY SON AND I LOVE DR. DE LA ROSA! HE IS SWEET AND HELPFUL. THE LOW SCORE IS FOR HIS OFFICE STAFF. THEY NEVER ANSWER PHONES OR CALL BACK. I HAVE BEEN CALLING TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR 3 DAYS NOW AND NO ONE CALLS BACK. PLS HELP. CALL ME DR RENATO AS YOUR STAFF SITS AROUND DOING NOTHING, NOT EVEN FOLLOWUP.

Dr. Renato Dela Rosa cares for the Health and Well-being of his patients. He would uncover the patients’ habits by asking their type of diet, daily routines and how many hours of sleep they get, and work with the patients on developing a lifestyle modification. The Clinic Staff follows CDC protocols and practices an organized Scheduling of Consultation. The Doctor provides options of TeleMedicine via phone call or video call/FaceTime or a selected day of Face-to-face Check-up when necessary. When I first entered the receiving area, I noticed that Cleanliness is observed. The Medical Assistant Ms. Lilia was accommodating and friendly, and also sanitizes the counters and common areas. All the secretaries are courteous to the patients and their companions. Once the challenges that pandemic has brought get resolved, Dr. Dela Rosa’s Clinic and its Staff will surely succeed and satisfy more clients to the best of their abilities.

Dr. Renato dela Rosa fits perfectly with my idea of a good doctor. He vanishes the typical anxiety one feels in a doctor's consultation room with his calm, unhurried yet professional demeanor. Very productive. Emphasis on diet and exercises to control high blood sugar. Explain the medications effect the pros and cons. Very pleasant to talk to.
