Revive Med Spa - Eastlake's Online Review Report Card

I truly wanted to post a positive review about my mom's experience at this place, but unfortunately Melanie made it difficult to do so. My mom has been a loyal customer for about 8 years, however, our last visit with Melanie was not that pleasant. Mom always does Botox and filler and we always see big difference and beautiful results. Mom spent about $1,800 for filler and Botox for a family event and there was absolutely NO change in her face at all!!!! Now I don't know what happened when Melanie was preparing the recommended doses, but neither of botox and/or filler look like my mom did anything to her face compared to previous treatments. I emailed her with our concerns hoping to get a response and hopefully find a solution, but she completely ghosted me!! So RUDE!! Never going back again. Totally rip off and unprofessional place.

When I went to Revive Med Spa, I had only a few dark hairs on my chin area. After finishing my facial laser treatments at the Woodland Hills office (no wonder they are closed without notification), I can grow a man's beard. I never had dark hair on my lower face, but I do now, thanks to Revive Med Spa.

Starting with the receptionists, who are very kind and caring, the place is beautiful, clean, well located and has parking right in front. Yuliya, the nurse who attended to me, is very kind, explains things very well and has the most light hands like a feather. I recommend this Eastlake unit a thousand times over! Thank you!

I had the best Botox experience several years ago and was lamenting the fact that I had lost the aesthetician’s name. I went to the East Lake location several years later, and was ecstatic to find her there. She puts so much thought into where to inject and she is very patient and gentle. The before and after differences are dramatic! Revive Spa is a beautiful and immaculate Spa. The staff is welcoming. They always hire very talented professionals.

I had an amazing experience at Revive Med Spa's Eastlake location! From the moment I walked in, the team was warm, welcoming, and professional. They made me feel completely at ease throughout my visit. A special shoutout to Lecille, who truly went above and beyond during my appointment. She was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure I understood every step of the process. Her attention to detail and care made all the difference—I felt pampered and well taken care of. I went to this spa to get rid of my acne scar. I wasted about $2000 or more with the recommended treatment of micro-needling with exosoms. I was told it will help a lot and I will see difference after one to 4 treatments I was promised to see a difference. I hate to say it, but it was a total lie. Results were ridiculous. My scar got worse even after I was told in four sessions I will see difference and then I was told no you need more than 4. I don't recommend. I was so excited and happy to get treated, but I got tricked I guess.. SCAM
