Has no respect for his patients. Understanding that most doctors see us as ATMs. Robert takes it to another level. Has me wait outside for an hour and a half. Then when I have the front desk ask them how much longer; as patients also have responsibilities. They informed me that he is running 40 min late and will need another 30 min (you can do the math). I had enough and left. I live one mile away, as I enter my garage I get a phone call basically saying they can’t find me so I’m responsible for cancellation fees.
