Terrible post op UNCONTROLLED UNRELIEVED pain control x 3 days at Scripps Mercy Chula Vista Aug 2018 after having colostomy surgery for ruptured diverticuli - she was my attending and refused pain mgmt referral when requested via patient advocate - also, as I am a RN for 38 years this MD's care was totally unacceptable !!She was RUDE, non-empatheitc and non-caring !!ASK FOR ANOTHER MD IF YOU GET HER !!

I had the worst experience at Scripps Chula Vista with Dr. Flores. We took my 87 yer old mom in for internal bleeding and tried to convince Dr. Flores that she might have a UTI. She said "She's on her way out, and I won't give anything for an infection. The lab results are fine"). Well, she did have a raging UTI and kidney failure and she ordered a Cat Scan with contrast. The contrast shut down her kidneys and she died about a week later. We will miss her.

Dr. Flores was assigned to my husband at Scripps/Mercy-Chula Vista Hospital when he came into emergency. When released, she asked ME to be responsible for his eating habits. She didn't answer questions I asked and she said that God would decide when he would die??? We are following up with our own Doctor.

Cancel, I repeat, cancel the appointment if you've already scheduled one!She is not only a bad Doctor who dont care about her patients but is rude & unprofessional.Her diagnostics are dead wrong! she wont even do a check up, because according to her if you are not crawling on the floor with pain....You are completely fine!! The office staff are unhelpful & disrespectful, treat you like they are doing you a favor by scheduling an appointment. Cant blame them, the have and work for a great Teacher. One more thing: There are 3 dogs running around from room to room!~ Apparently friendly and shouldn't bother you because they are well behaved!
