Dr Goldman is the most caring eye-doctor my wife and I have known. He is very sympathetic and humble.

No wait, literally less than 5 minutes. High tech paperwork on a tablet…less than a minute. Happy staff, kind Doctor, nice equipment and rooms. I was very happy and impressed.

I had an appointment with this company last month. I arrived at the office early so I could fill out the paper work. The receptionist handed me a iPad (or something like). The first page said I have to electronically sign that I read the privacy policy. But there was no privacy policy attached. I asked the receptionist for a copy of the privacy policy so I can read it. She didn't have one nor could she find one. She said have a seat and she will look for it. About ten minutes or so later a young lady came out to have me follow her back to start the tests. I asked the receptionist again for a copy of the HIPPA required privacy policy so I can begin the process. Her reply was the same "can't find it"! The young lady that came out to get me to start said if I don't come back now it could be hours before I'm seen. That's even if I was able to get my hands on the privacy policy of which it wasn't looking good that I would.I had to make another appointment for the following month with the hopes by then they would have bothered to look for the privacy policy.By HIPPA regulations any and all medical facilities that fall under HIPPA regulations HAVE to either have the policy printed and in full view so patients can read their legal rights and protections or have them available upon request. This medical office had neither when I was there.

Only wants to prescribe the same drops over and over. Rough with my eyes. And treats you like an idiot if you don't know something.

Plan on spending about 45 minutes after your SCHEDULED appointment time before you are called, they cater to those who can not arrive on time and make those of use who do wait to accomidaite others

This office does not know who to schedule appointments, if you plan on being seen, make sure to plan on getting called at least 45 minutes after your appointment time. They accomidiate those who can not make their appointment time and make those who do wait.

Stay away from this office if you do not have all day, they schedule you for an appointment time, but you are NEVER called in until at least 45 minutes after your scheduled time. We have been there over 8 times and we have NEVER been called in on time. When I ask the office manager why, I am told it is because others come later for their appointment, so it is obvious they cater to those who can not make their scheduled time, and make everyone else wait for hours.The staff is rude and should attend scheduling 101 and patient care 100

I had been to two different eye doctors without any results. I got a referral to Dr. Goldman who has a great bedside manner. The appointment was set up quickly not a long wait to see the doctor. Dr. Goldman is very sweet caring individual and professional. The Doctor really knows his stuff he saw me and knew exactly what needed to be done for my chronic eye condition. The staff is also very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone call Dr. Goldmans office.

Dr. Goldman is a seasoned specialist. I feel very confident in his knowledge and abilities. The office staff is courteous and kind. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. I felt nervous going in (due to my symptoms), but my fears were quickly allayed. I'm grateful to my doctor for the referral to Dr. Goldman. It all worked out well!
