This doctor is not for me. I'm not sure if it's just that he's not comfortable with technology, but every time I send a message I have to repeat everything that I've already discussed in the previous email chain or else he acts like I'm speaking another language. For example, I sent a prescription request through the patient app, he told me to have the pharmacy do it instead. I have the pharmacy request the refill and after a few days with no authorization I ask for an update in the same message thread where I requested the prescription and he replies "Update on what??????????" Yes, with 10 question marks. All my interactions with him have been similar. Maybe he's wonderful in person, but I haven't had any positive experiences. I will be changing my PCP after this last exchange.
This doctor should get his license taken. He was rude and because he refused to treat an infection I had I could have went sepsis. He has a split personality one min he s nice the next he is looking down his nose at you! Do not go to this doctor you will regret it!
I had a problem with sciatica. Had a teleconference with the doctor who called exactly on time, had all my records both lab and x-rays. Started me on physical therapy and made a timely referral to orthopedics. I highly recommend this office
I called Dr Sanzone at Gateway Med Group. I had a lot of questions concerning COVID, vaccines, and booster injections. I was able to get a teleconference with Dr. Sanzone which I appreciated because I did not have to take off work.Dr Sanzone was very helpful and up to date with COVID and vaccines. Josie, his nurse, called me back with the location of a booster vaccine cite as well as a free testing site.
Horrible ! I thought this doctor was great at first. I am a person that believes you should be completely honest with your doctor! I was having a difficult time and confided in him and even brought my family member to be treated by him. This man judged me and labeled me non compliant! He wouldn t even give me bladder infection medication he is awe full I switched doctors as did my family member now every time we see a doctor I here the word non compliant he must have wrote in both of our charts! He is awful and judgmental you are supposed to be able to tell your doctor anything do not trust him!
Office never answers their calls and always puts you on hold.
This office/doctor is disorganized and unprofessional. My wife had a phone appointment. We received a call that the doctor would be calling on.my wife's cell phone. She then sat for 45 minutes. Then she called the office we scdmheduled the appt with, took 4 calls to reach someone, then transferred us to the other office, took two attempts to reach someone, only to be notified the doctor wanted to reschedule the appointment. If you are looking for a doctor's office, keep looking.
This office is horrible.
Been trying to make an appt for 2 weeks now. Nobody answers, they dont return calls, dont respond to anything! Pathetic
Dr office is so hard to get a hold off. They never return calls and leave you on hold for more then 10 min to set an appointment. It's sad that due to the bad staff the dr gets a bad reputation . I have been a long time patient but at this point I'm so fed up with front desk staff.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
