Dont waste your time / money here. All the doctors look for is multiple appointments, causing you to pay multiple co-pays just to sit there for 10-15 minutes and talk about yourself. My nurse was rude, never answered my questions, and stated that my insurance sucks since it doesn't cover physical therapy. Wasted my time twice, never going back. The front office desk on the 2nd floor for the clinic side is rude and unhelpful.
Even though I'm frustrated with my current primary physician, the nurse and lab workers are always very nice and helpful to me.
Excelente servicio. Desde las personas de la puerta, asistente, enfermeros, medico, pasantes, personal de laboratorio. Nada más que agradecer siempre ayudando con una sonrisa y mucha amabilidad.
The worst in customer service and perfessional conduct. Besides the staff being some of the dumbest people i have ever seen they are unable to accommodate or multitask. Stay away from here unless you are dying or dead.
Worst horrible thinking that they care about your healt ,they not even answer the phone
Been yelled at by medical assistant staff for asking questions. One medical assistant said she was a registered nurse and said she wouldn’t help me with setting up an appointment. Probably confusing me with someone else. I was turned away and I had to use another clinic. Just yesterday I was two minutes late for my labs and I was told to wait. I waited one hour and twenty minutes to be seen, this was after I asked to reschedule. Then I was told to do my procedure at home. Lack of communication! Disrespectful! Awful staff, this hospital service shouldn’t be as big as it is now. The government should investigate this place immediately!
I would give 10 stars the service the dental department has if I could. The Dentist Dr. Santos is the best dentist I have had in my life, he and all the assistants who have attended me during the last 4 years are professionals and they have an incredible human quality. I want say thank to Rosa the person in charge of the calls and all the Staff for the quality of the service.
The WORST experience I’ve ever had with a doctors office. Call 2 hours before my appointment I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for to tell me I’m sol and need to reschedule. Very unprofessional I can’t believe that was a doctors office I just got off the phone with.
Came in at 7pm and was turned away because there were 3 people waiting to be seen. Not an urgent care center.
I am sharing this experience in hopes it helps others that is simply it. We arrived at this location, upon entering the staff was mostly absent except for a few good nurses we won’t forget. They took my wife away and as I am staying updated with her through txt and phone, they ask endless questions. After that process they move her to a different area, again asking many questions all the same as the last person did, but did nothing to help bring down her forehead temperature, not blood work, nothing. The only thing we got was a nurse saying “wow your heart rate is really high” yet 2 months away from full term they did nothing to bring her temperature down. She is now being transferred a 3rd time, again the same questions with a different person, this is 2+ hours since when we first arrived, my wife has had a fever long before we got there. We are finally put into a room, nobody comes to help to do anything. As a devoted and caring husband I grab paper towels from the sink and wet them and attempt to do my best to bring her temperature down, and care for her. Eventually a nurse then a doctor comes in, doctor seems very un aware of much and without good information on hand. Says he will give an IV for hydration and draw her blood. When the nurse comes In later we have to tell her that we want an IV and the doc recommended it, as astonishing as her face looks after. Clearly a miss communication and a lack of effort from more than 98% of the staff.IN the end the most confusing but ridiculous part was when they came back and told us she came back positive for COVID I asked the nurse/doctor how do you know it’s the regular or delta variant? Her reply and I Quote “we don’t we are just assuming”. Tell me how this makes any sense? How am I supposed to trust doctors and nurses if they don’t know or can’t tell me the simple facts, they can’t because they are giving the run around to patients. I won’t be returning here thank you for the absolute lack of effort. Asking questions doesn’t bring a severe fever down, action does. How am I supposed to trust “the science” they say when they cannot give me a simple answer but instead a backdoor half excuse.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
