List of San Ysidro Health Urgent Care's Reviews
They're sooooo slow in this place. Waited for more than 2 hours for my baby to be seen and there's not a lot of patients . It shouldn't be called urgent care!Doctor was good tho and that's the reason I'm giving 3 stars
Took my cousin in for ekg with dr Jordan I think was his name he was very rude and lacked patience. He is very unprofessional
From the front door to waiting on the physician, the staff was amazing. They were fast, friendly, and respectful. 4 stars because it was waiting to be discharged that took a while(but I'm sure they have their reasons for that) and also because the physician that saw me made me feel like my condition wasn't serious. She said "it doesn't look that bad". And it was about a condition I've never had, seen, or felt until now so that was really disappointing.
I've been trying to get an in person appointment to see my primary physician Dr Carmen Valezquez and when I finally did she up and cancelled it! I have high blood pressure and I haven't had it monitered for two years now! I'm fully vaccinated and I have a booster as well but she still won't see me. I need to get dental work done but on account of my very high blood pressure they can't risk doing anything till I see Dr Valezquez about my high blood pressure. I also need to get a mammogram and every time I check with San Diego Imaging to see if they have received a referral from her yet it's always no and I have to call you guys to about the referral where I have to leave a message with my phone number yet nobody has gotten back to me about it. I'm trying to be proactive about my health but it's difficult when my doctor doesn't participate.
Great care and service. Best urgent care experience in San Diego. I was seen by an actual medical doctor and I received thorough care at a low cost. I recommend this facility for urgent care needs. Labs on-site. New modern facility and good service.
Thanks! very helpful, very fast, helped me save myself,a lot of money.
Went a few months ago after sudden confusion and digestive problems kept worsening. They had me wait for a doctor to come out. I wasn't let in two hours before closing because I needed labwork done and they had closed that area for the day. Came back much earlier a few days later with the same symptoms. They let me into a room, and this time the person that saw me dismissed everything. He didn't even take my blood preasure, and denied labwork because "he could... but I didn't look dehydrated". He left to "see if there was something else he could do for me" and after 20 minutes someone comes in to discharge me. PCP said the notes they gave him said I went in for depression.
I used to love San Ysidro Health And I do still love my doctor in the Otay Clinic. For many many years I got the most excellent care. However, they have really gone downhill. You have to call the call center all they offer to do is send a message to the doctors office which I can do the exact same thing in the patient portal and it’s a waste of time because no one ever responds to the messages whether they send them or I do. You can’t call the office directly. You can’t talk to a nurse or a medical assistant in the office. You can’t talk to your doctor. It really sucks! I feel like there is a total lack of care now and I will be looking for a dr. with a private Practice where I can call the office directly and get the care that I need and deserve. Now I do want to say again that Dr. Rosado Is an amazing doctor and I have nothing bad to say about him. I just can’t ever get in touch with him or the office when I need to

Very Good Service !They Have Lab On Site, Which Is Very Good, and Get Results Same Day

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
