I went into the ER around 3pm on a Thursday and sat in the waiting room till almost 10pm then I finally met with the doctor. Any one I spoke with said my infection was sever enough they told me I would be admitted but if it was so sever why did it take 7hrs for me to even see a doctor. They were not extremely busy and when I asked the staff the response was well I see we have some open beds in the ER and I dont know why nobody has brought you back yet somebody must have dropped the ball. 2 hrs later I was finally brought into a bed in the ER and after meeting with the doctor I was admitted. When I was brought into my room I was very half awake. When the nurse woke me up she asked me to confirm my belongs un aware I sat up and looked she had gone threw my entire back pack and my close I was wearing while I was sleeping I knew I had never given anybody permission to go threw my belonging and had they asked it would not have bothered me but she went as far as pulling all my debit and credit cards out of my wallet. When asked why she said it was to keep things from getting lost or misplaced and I sarcastically i responded with wouldnt it been more secure had you done this while I was awake? She laughed and walked off. Now the next morning when I was fully awake I realized the nurse never mentioned anything about the money that was in my pocket. Unfortunately she had gone home hours ago. although the nurses were fairly nice this just did not sit well with me and I felt very uncomfortable with the whole thing and I decided to leave ma and when they finallybrought up my personal belongings that were kept secure i was missing $40. I mentioned to the staff who brought my items and she said im sorry its not on the list of your belongings and I mentioned they nurse went through my things while I was sleeping and her response was really? That would make me so madddd. I was so annoyed with the whole situation. I ripped off all the ekg sensors on my chest and got dressed as quick as I could and left to keep me from saying or causing a scene.. This will definitely keep me from ever returning to this hospital.

I sincerely wish I could give this ER 0 stars for its incompetent and arrogant staff. I came in with very bad abdominal pain that had me unable to stand or walk along with nausea the doctor that goes by STEVE SUN refused to do any imaging take a urine sample or give me ANY pain medication. It took them over 2 hours to tell me my blood work was fine when it was literally empty. Asked the doctor for pain meds and basically got told Im an addict searching for opioids and that I wasnt going to get them. When I tried to leave because I was offended they told me to wait for discharge papers or my insurance was not going to cover a single cent of my ER visit. I will NEVER return to this emergency room again and will only be going to scripps from now on

Came here via ambulance. I was unconscious from a serious asthma attack for about 20 mins. I woke up in the ER to a team of nurses and doctors giving me care and treating me diligently. The EMS crew the doctorsnursesCNA’s in the ER ICU and regular care rooms have saved my life and I’m forever greatful. Thank you a million times

Back here again Matt my nurse  fanatic job Dr was pleasant and nice as well and all the front office staff with the exception Jaqueline transport was great so was margarita and Lupe.  Bianca at the front still not fully a nurse but great staff.  Tori the nurse helping cover was great bouncing around all over the place.  Did have a rude guy at window number 2 almost yelling at me because I said I wasnt sure.  I seen him years working here perhaps its time to retire if you no longer happy with your job.  Super blonde or grey hair not sure older gentleman heavier side he has been here for years I seen him before melenie is the billing person following me around while Im getting my blood draw to collect the co payment kinda rude she could have waiting all the time in sitting in my room.  I couldnt even sign because I was getting my blood drawn could have waited Still have four star because a couple of bad apples doesnt mean its a bad place doing great job.

Experience was amazing from the beginning to the end. If I could give them 10 stars I would for sure. The moment I stepped in the door I could feel the amazing level of care and the excellent customer service. I went in for a very difficult procedure and they made me feel So grateful to be treated there. I want to commend nurses and the overall staff My doctors were the icing on the cake Strongly will for ever recommend this hospital and I want to thank each and every one of they you 💕🙏

I actually loved this hospital before the staff is always nice. But this time Im upset. I have been in pain for 10 hours straight. I got to the hospital 2 hours ago the Dr still hasnt seen me. Its horrible I dont understand why they would make me wait longer.

My experience at the hospital was superb the staff was so nice and kind everyone of them the nurses drs all of the staff is very knowledgeable and kind they cater to my every needs and for that Im eternally grateful

I admit my first visit to this ER a few days before this wasnt exactly great. Horrible check in system and small waiting room unable to accommodate the amount of people checking in. But my pain didnt subside and right after work on a Saturday morning I checked myself in again. I was expecting the same but this time around I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was great The check in crew was seamless and kept things moving my nurse Luis brought me back and to be honest with you I was extremely impressed with his calming and empathetic bedside manner. I want to say hands down he has been one of the best nurses Ive ever had taken care of me. The ancillary services were great too. The ultrasound tech was amazing. I was in a lot of pain and the meds they gave me for it just took its potency so I didnt get his name but he took the time to explain everything to me and respected my privacy as well as my modesty. The CT tech was one of my favorites. Roland was both funny and personable. He even knew one of my coworkers and it put me at ease. He is a great asset to the dept. The downside to this visit was my phone charger block somehow grew feet and walked off the Mayo stand which was disheartening because it was an expensive iPhone block and it took someone to physically disconnect the charging cord from the block hence the 4 stars.
