St. Paul's Pace Chula Vista's Online Review Report Card

Being away from family during a time like this is hard.  I am so thankful that my aunt has St. Paul's PACE.  They are making sure that she is safe in her home and even providing her with meals and additional in home care since she's unable to go to the center now.  She constantly talks about how much she loves and misses everyone at PACE and can't wait to return.  St. Paul's never stop the important work that you do because people like aunt Maria and their lives depend on all of you.

Before my mother started the PACE program of all inclusive care she was isolating herself from friends and family, and was not getting any medical attention. She was not able to get to her appointments or take her medications on time. I am so grateful to PACE for helping my mother come out of her shell and receive the medical care that she needed so badly. Several months into the program she has become more engaged with all her friends at PACE. My mother is visibly healthier and Psychologically stable. My Mother is now able to get to all her medical appointments and is now taking her medications on time all of the time. I am very proud of my mom and the progress she has made thanks to PACE and all it's friendly and professional staff.

My father joined St. Paul's PACE in Chula Vista over one year ago.  What a blessing it has been; not only for him but the family as well.  Having the peace of mind knowing that he is getting assistance in so many areas including, doctor appointments, medication, transportation, rehab and in-home support.  It has eased the burden on our shoulders and put a smile on my Dad's face.  Thank goodness for St. Paul's PACE and their wonderful staff.

I am so grateful for this program!!! I use to struggle a lot with my mother health do her multiple doctor's appointmens taking a lot time off from work since she suffered from severe depression and anxiety as well as her uncontrolled Diabetes, and now thanks to PACE she is well take care and has tranportation for all her multiple appointments as well as a very caring and sweet CNA available to go with her if need a translator or if she doesn't feel well to go on her own. I am so blessed to count with a very professional medical team to get my mother diabetes stable and having  an amazing nutritional team to guide, support and motivate her to loose weight and maintain a healthy life style and thanks to the psychology team and her Social Worker she is seeing her life in colors again!!! Thanks to programs like PACE that care and are compassionate to treat and care for elder people like my mother families like mine can have peace of mind and know that we have a strong and a very good health support system. Thanks to caring people like PACE staff members my mother is very motivated and enjoying her life. My family and I are blessed to see this change in my mother life and we know this was possible thanks to the love, care and teamwork of this amazing program!!! Thank you PACE for changing our lifes
