I have been a patient at Terra Nova Family Dentistry for almost a year now, and I can honestly say my experience has been outstanding from start to finish. From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. Every visit has been well-organized by Steven and they take the time to explain each step, which always puts me at ease. I received dental implants here, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. I have a low tolerance for pain and they made me feel so much better. The quality of work, attention to detail, and follow-up care have exceeded my expectations. The team made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and comfortable, and I am thrilled with how natural and confident my smile feels now. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism this office provides. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent dental care, especially for implants. Much Kudos to Stephen in coordinating my visit with the lab technicians in obtaining a better shade match than initially selected in the office. Steven took ownership my concerns and the coordination with the lab was beyond normal customer service and the pivotal solution that directly addressed my concerns. You guys have been the Dentist I’ve ever been to you guys always accommodate my schedule and what can I say about Steven he’s been the best and I mean a 10 Steven has been there for me when I had any questions and helped me with my anxiety about all this. So all in all I will recommend yourDentists to anyone that needs one. And you have an awesome Worker and all around great person in Steven I really can’t say enough. So thanks for everything. my family has been coming here for over 10 years with zero complaints. Steven at the front desk treats us like family. Grace is hands down top notch and the docs are just the step further for all around care. If I could give more stars I would.

Terra Nova was my childhood dentist I saw them from ages 13 to maybe 16 (from 2018 - 2021 ish) I began seeing them because I needed braces, they started me with retainers but the dentist I saw didn't know what they were doing at all, they made the retainers incorrectly and too sharp so when I would insert them THEY WOULD CUT MOUTH OPEN, it was very painful and I was only 13 so it would cause me to cry and get scared, when I complained about this the doctors were very rude to me and ignored my pain THEY NEVER FIXED THE RETAINERS SO MY MOUTH CONTINUED TO BE CUT then when I finally did get the braces they would constantly break, I'd get them fixed and they'd break not even an hour later, I couldn't bite into a sandwich without the braces completely falling apart and when I told them about this THEY ACCUSED ME OF TAKING OFF MY OWN BRACES!!! Why would I do that?? Then they started requiring that I bring back the braces that broke off of my teeth so they can PUT THEM BACK ON TO SAVE THEMSELVES MONEY, that was extremely unsanitary and they'd CHARGE ME EXTRA if any brackets or wires were lost DUE TO THEM NOT BEING ABLE TO DO THEIR JOBS, they also didn't give me a retainer when they finally took out my braces AND THEY LEFT PIECES OF GLUE STUCK TO MY TEETH, so I had to go to another dentist to get the glue removed but it did STAIN MY TEETH. There was another incident where I noticed that I had a cavity, and I asked my dentist to check, but he ignored my complaint and told me that it was "normal" NEWS FLASH it was not normal and my tooth literally rotted out of my head then fell off one day...... because of that they now needed to do a root canal (which was more expensive so I believe they did nothing about the cavity on purpose so that it would get worst and make them more money) anyways they didn't even do the root canal correctly, years later I became an adult and I was finally able to go to a dentist of my choice and after taking X-rays and looking at my teeth they informed me that the root canal was NEVER completed, so even though Terra Nova family dentistry was paid thousands of dollars to do a root canal they completely scammed me and NEVER performed the root canal. They just stuck a piece of plaster on top of my tooth and caused it to get more infected so now I have to go to a specialist and see if my tooth can even be saved. DONT GO TO THIS DENTIST THEY ARE SCAMMERS WHO LEFT ME WITH NOTHING BUT DENTAL TRAUMA!!!! Only go here if you're looking for a lawsuit.
