I was greeted and treated with professionalism and kindness. My wait time to actually see the doctor was reasonable. The facility was clean and orderly.

I was extremely disappointed in the office atmosphere, the staff who spoke Spanish at the front desk constantly to each other, the 1 hour wait in the exam room without updates on how much longer it would be, and the doctor who spoke quickly, didn’t have empathy, not clear to me on the best therapy he wanted me to chose. I can’t see myself receiving treatment there because of all these factors. The infusion room had all the stretchers next to each other with no privacy. They also said you have to bring your own blanket from home for the overcrowded infusion room. Poor patient service, no sense of caring throughout the office.
