Willaim Padilla's Online Review Report Card

The Padilla Family for some reason gives my mothers information to my father and allows him to ask for any medication he wants in her name without her consent. My mother has been separated from my father for over 5 years and my mother filed for divorce in 2020. My father has also been an aggressor towards my mother and he does not want her to prosper in life because of money. That’s why we have been in a turmoil for years as a family. My father has been arrested for domestic violence and assault. And not counting all the times he has gotten away with cruelty. Yet, for some reason this place continues to respect him and not my mothers wishes. Even though she’s called them various times and explained her situation to them. I hope their policy changes and they only prescribe or relinquish information when the patient calls or asks, and not when a family member or spouse calls or emails. When they fully know of their personal situation.

STAY AWAY!! Dr. Padilla has NO Code of Medical ETHICS.. Whatsoever!! His front staff has better compassion & empathy! Doesn't care for his patients care. Only to save his A$$. My father was on Alzheimer's meds for what?? Drowsy and sleeping all day!! He didn't even have it.. you can tell between someone who is cognitive nd memory deteriorating to old aged person!! His new dr took him off 4 meds bc the risk of falling and just didn't need it!! I bet if I would of took him sooner elsewhere he wouldn't of had falls or if he actually spent some time on him to actually get to know his patients. He was so drowsy and sleepy from the meds he was on!! Now, he's alive and enjoying life! Now he's in better hands!! So sad!! Do your research Mr Padilla on Alzheimer's.. #nostars

friendly staff and good doctor/patient care

In agony from lower back pain. Called on a monday. Could not get an appointment until thursday. Asked for a prescription for tramadol in the meantime. They refused. This clinic is afraid of tramadol, a "pain reliever" that is so ineffective, it's only schedule IV. So patients can just suffer. This clinic can go to hell.

Love coming to this office Dr. Padilla and his team are seriously the best! They treat you with kindness and respect, they go above and beyond.

Dr Padilla deserves a 5 star review. Give it a couple more years and I'll decide if his PA deserves a 5 star review also!

As always going to be honest. I am very grateful of the care my mother has received from Dr Padilla and his staff. 93 years young and strong. He has always consistently provided her with the best explanation of symptoms with care and respect. Love and respect to the Doctor

Thank you, Dr.Padilla, other providers and staff! I been going to this office and they have been really helpful! They always take care of me and make sure I keep up with my health. I will keep being a patient of dr.padillas office.

I called to schedule an appointment and I got through to the direct front office instead of any call centers, which is so much more comforting. After I had my appointment, my concern got worse and called back and they seen me within 1 hour. They are very cautious about keeping the office and themselves well sanitized and I was out of there within 30minutes. I will definitely look into making this my Primary Physician!
