I have gone to this clinic several times and everyone has always been caring and efficient. I make an appointment first. The staff checks me in immediately - and I receive the help I need quickly. Thank you, Citrus Heights Walk-In Care!

They were great to work with! We had a last minute need for a physical and they jumped right on it! Using their online appointment scheduler is highly recommended.

Took my kid in to have an ear ache check out at 7:00 pm. Their hours on the Sutter website state they close at 8:00 pm, but when I get there a paper sign on their door says they close  4:00. What a waste. Had to drive over to Roseville urgent care to have my son treated. Made the mistake of going back to this "walk-in clinic" later in the week because the ear infection wasn't clearing up. They refused to treat my son. Said they can't see him for the issue if he was already seen at an urgent care. That doesn't make any sense at all. They further went on to say that they didn't have any appointments until 6:20, it was currently 2:00.  This is not a walk in clinic, it is a joke.

GREAT PEOPLE AND GREAT STAFF. THEY DIDNT ACCEPT MY INSURANCE BUT THEY STILL TOOK THE TIME TO CHECK MY VITALS AND TRIED TO FIGURE-OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH ME AND GAVE ME A RECOMMENDATION BASED ON WHAT THEY FOUND.. THANKS ALOT FOR TREATING ME HUMANE AND I WILL NEVER FORGET THIS!! THANKS AGAIN ALOT

Been here a few times, make sure to schedule ahead. The nurses are very friendly and helpful.

Made the flu shot appointment online. Seen immediately, I was impressed by the courteousness of staff.

Avoid this place like the plague!! THIS is the worst unprofessional Medical Clinic I have ever came in contact with. There is an extremely rude nursing assistant that works there named Paige. She's very disrespectful and rude and she looks extremely disheveled. I was sitting in the waiting room waiting for my name to be called to be seen in the clinic and I can hear her loudly speaking to the front desk assistant about my age and she was mocking the fact that I was in my 40s and pregnant. Completely unprofessional! She is a cow and should be fired. Also they never have flu shot injections. This is ridiculous especially during flu season why are they always running out and never reordering?! This place needs to be shut down.

I’ve gone to this location 2x for UTI symptoms since I suffer from chronic UTI’s, and each time nurse practitioner Zaradhe took excellent care of me. I’ve gone to three other sutter medical walk-in clinics in the area, and by far this location is my favorite because of NP Zaradhe. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients, she has helped me out more than most physicians I’ve seen. If you want to feel heard and have your issues addressed promptly, then see Zaradhe at the Citrus Heights walk-in location!
