Uc Davis Health's Online Review Report Card

They used to the best doctors but, not anymore! I am highly disappointed, and will be reporting my experience.

Pretty much the most disorganized medical clinic I've ever had to work with. Due to an employer insurance plan I have a Sutter specialist and need UC Davis for labs (again, they are contracted with my employer). After 3 days of waiting, they can't tell me the status of my labs, they also said they won't allow me to collect the results if they are finalized because my doctor has to see them first, and when I asked if they sent them to my ordering doctor they said they couldn't because it wasn't a UC Davis doctor. To which I asked how my Sutter specialist was going to get them, at which point they transferred me to the lab department and all I got there was a "I have no idea... no idea".

Go to this place if you want to be put on hold for hours, deal with nurses that hate their job and if you're under 40 be prepared for everyone in the building to treat you like there's nothing wrong with you even though you are dealing with pains and worries. I love UC Davis, this place is the absolute WORST though. Edit: adding a star because they've improved their phone service. Everything else is the same. So disappointing.

Dr Arnott is amazing! Unlike many posts on here, I have had nothing but great service and great medical Care.

Cardiologist Dr. Burkkapatnam, is the very best. Saved my husband's life by her quick actions to his symptoms. When I started have heart issues she stayed on top of my health care and provided me with solid advice, and intervention. She continues to monitor my health, and I'm on the way to recovery thanks to her care.

I have the best doctor ever. Dr.Pham, at the Madison clinic. He has been my primary doctor for five years, and he has been the most patient, kind, and friendly doctor I have ever had. He is also knowledgeable and really listens to you, as well as work with you about your health care needs and options. Can't say enough about him and his staff, especially Ron, his assistant. Thank you, so much for your good care, you make all the difference in the world. :) They always make you feel so much better when leaving than upon arrival. Yes, to UC Davis Citrus Heights, they are the best!

. Cardiologist I was to see, Radhika Bukkapatnam, MD office seemed most lacking, with the exception of the echocardiogram technician and she was 5 STARS. I was to have a heart monitor placed and a nurse/aid of Radhika Bukkapatnam, MD lacked bed side manner, was in a hurry and barked and pointed: "Go into that room and take shirt off." She seemed late and hurriedly put monitor on chest, and not surprisingly the leads did not hold and wasted a couple of days and test was wasted. ONE STAR. At a later date, I was to see Radhika Bukkapatnam, MD and arrived 10 minutes early. 35 minutes later went to desk to see why I hadn't been called. Woman at desk did not know but went back to check and said running behind, which I knew. How much longer? She contacted again and said 40 more minutes or so. This is blatantly wrong! What ego and/or ineptness and lack of empathy for patients' time this MD seems to have. If you are running behind due to emergency, or what ever, let the patient know. ONE STAR.My internist, Dr B. is great. Been going for over a decade and he and nurse are fantastic. 5 STARS.However, phone service is at times lacking --3 STARS.

Every time I call it just goes straight to thank you for holding , one of our medical staff will answer your call shortly . I’ve called 4 days in a row , each time waiting 18minutes and hanging up because no one answers . The Ellison building never does this . But Madison clinic doesn’t care about anything even when you walk in they treat you like trash .
