Very nice doctor but this visit I felt like I had to pull information.Had labs done on Friday and when I went to see him Tuesday for additional symptoms and to discuss lab results (I hadn't gotten a call to inform me I needed antibiotics yet) I was told my labs were good. Overall, it's an excellent place. The doctors and NPs listen and are very generous with their time. They listen to concerns and work with everything you need during the appointment. They will give good referrals, and are pretty good about following up on them.Only reason for 4 stars: They need improvement on those times you need to call and check in with your doctor. They simply tell you nobody's available and to go straight to urgent care if you're concerned. When you need a 2-3 minute question answered (about something you've already been seen for at this office), wasting potentially hours at urgent care isn't great... Dr. Holstein was great. Rather than him just ignoring what I researched he mentioned to me he encourages us to look things up. We agreed on what I suspected I might have. I felt that he really listened to me and took the time to understand what I was explaining. I would of given him 5 stars, but the nurse that took my vitals was very rude. She almost had an attitude with me. We all have bad days and personal situations going on, but when you are at work I believe you need to have the best attitude and connect with the patients as well.Dr. Holstein was great. Hmm to only have 2 reviews from 8 and 12 years ago is quite concerning. My dad was a patient of Dr. Duane styles for many years. We chose dr. Holstein thinking dad would be comfortable with him since he filled in for Dad's regular PCP all these years. I'm a bit concerned by the lack of reviews good or bad.
