Dr Tolentino is very knowledgeable and efficient. Her staff is very professional and friendly. So going to the doctor is already a pleasant experience. But Dr Tolentino goes the extra mile: she knows how to listen to her patients and communicates very well, giving peace of mind and feeling well taken care of. Dr. Tolentino has been awesome <3 she has been my primary for the last 7 years and I have always felt comfortable talking to her about everything. She always addresses each concern with professionalism, but also a familiarity that makes you feel like she honestly cares (which I believe she does!)The office can get busy, VERY busy. But that is no reflection on the doctors or staff. They all do their job to the best of their ability.

Dr. TOLENTINO is a great doctor and I have no complaints with her. However, I called 2 times this week to make an appointment and NO ONE has bothered to return my calls in spite of their message machine saying they will call back. WHEN? Maybe when hell freezes over? Unbelievable that this happens. Not going to go back there.

I love my doctor. She is understanding and always listens. I have two complaints: it's getting harder and harder to get through to make an appointment, and they rarely have any same day appointments anymore like they used to. They send you to Urgent Care where you will wait two hours or more to be seen. I've been to their urgent care next door and didn't have good experiences. I would rather see my doctor of PA Patel who know me and treat me with kindness. They desperately need more lines, more staff, and more doctors.I love my doctor. I love my doctor. She is understanding and always listens. I have two complaints: it's getting harder and harder to get through to make an appointment, and they rarely have any same day appointments anymore like they used to. She is great with her patients!! She is compassionate, really listens to what you have to say and appears to be invested in what is best for you as an individual. I have never felt like "a number". Love her!
