Robyn D Jacoby's Online Review Report Card

I have been a patient of Dr Jacoby for about 18+ years. In all that time, she has been attentive to needs, concerns and my attempts at self-diagnosis. This woman is one who still practices by the Hippocratic oath, first do no harm. In my opinion she is one of the best family care practitioners in our area.

I Love Dr. Jacoby, she has been my doctor for over 15 years. I have never had a problem with appointments or getting the medications I need. She always goes over my file when I have had an emergency and needed to go the the Emergency for some of the issues I have had. I also can say, Rita (I'm not sure her of her title) who is usually the person who calls me regarding lab results is very sweet and patient with me too. When I have called in the past the receptionist is always polite and they always get me as soon as the doctor is available. This is the absolute best office. Dr. Jacoby is quick and efficient. She is honest and great with kids. Rita is so nice and helpful. Always makes sure we feel welcomed. The girls at the front desk always have a smile. The accounting supervisor is always accurate and explains things so well. I can't say enough great things about this office.

Very disappointed with this doctor. I have been a patient for years however this is the second month this doctor will not easily refill a VERY important medication that must be taken every day. If a refill is as simple as a verification call to the pharmacy why am I on my way to urgent care to wait 4 hours to see a doctor to get my refill? Very disappointed and am highly considering finding a new physician.

I've been a patient of Dr. Jacoby for many years now. As I suffer from several medical conditions, I'm at her medical office quite frequently. I've always found her staff to be very friendly and Dr Jacoby has been the most compassionate, caring and capable Doctor I've had the fortune of having......and believe me, I've seen many. If you have the opportunity to see Dr Jacoby, I would highly recommend her.

For staff. I tried to make a new appointment for a physical and the girl gave me such a hard time. She was saying that she doesn’t know their availability and that they only do physicals at certain times. Yet, she seemed to want me to tell her when I could come in. I told her I would need to know what is available. “Would you like me to look at their schedules and see what the doctors have available?” Uh, YES. That is why I called. I don’t know the doctors’ schedules so I need to know what is available. This shouldn’t be difficult. I ended up telling the girl I was going to just call somewhere else and hung up.For staff.
