I have been to this location twice with my 2 youngest children. First impression is a clean waiting room. The front office staff were helpful and nice. Both visits have been sweet and to the point. I also work in a healthcare facility so to approve for my children is a big compliment. Keep up the good work and thank you for stitching up my daughters foot and being so kind to her. I totally recommend.

Ive been here myself for an appoitment great staff and very clean..i just took my son in who has autism and the whole staff was very accomadating and great with him they made the experience at the dr easy for me thank you

The wait to get in was reasonable, about 30-40 minutes. Doctor was very nice, he explained everything and answered all my questions without rushing me out.

Honestly I wasn't too big on urgent cares but these people had me in and out of there with my problem fixed, very professional and helpful! I loved how friendly they were and it definitely helps out when you're in there nervous about your situation like I was. Definitely would come back when in need and can honestly say I see urgent cares much better now! Great team as well!

As soon as I walked in at 7:30pm I was immediately greeted and signed in. They take a variety of insurances. I Went in for a lingering cough that turned into a bacterial infection very painful to sleep with. My Labs were taken and results ready in 15mins. I was out with a prescription by 8:27pm. I appreciate that they are so fast considering this is in December and flu season and friendly and most importantly that they are opened late until 9pm. I will be back for any urgent care needs.

I've had three experiences at Accelerated Urgent Care and I have been pleased from staff to clean office to Dr's all three times. Receptionist are welcoming and MA's are quite exceptional, you feel comfortable being there. I've been treated myself, my 6yr old and also my 4yr old, all three of us had great experience, my children felt safe. Thank you Accelerated Urgent Care!

Love coming here. Front office staff is always super friendly and willing to help. Dr. is really good at working with kids. Noticed my son was nervous and assured him he was not getting a shot. I do suggest checking in online, we were in and out pretty quickly with that feature! Over all a very good experience and will keep coming back!!

Just got home from visiting this facility and am not very happy with the care I received. I have been experiencing knee pain for the last two weeks that had gotten worse in the last couple days. I have previously broken this knee and have a history of bone cancer. I do not have a primary care doctor at the moment and decided to go to this location in hopes they could refer me if they found anything concerning. They did not do an X-ray or run any test despite my telling them about my medical history and instead gave me a toradol shot and an ace bandage along with my exam that lasted maybe 5 minutes. When I inquired about X-ray the Dr. told me that since I hadn't fallen or had a recent injury there was no point in doing an X-ray and that I should check with my primary doctor (that I don't have). You would think given my history of cancer that in itself would warrant more testing when experiencing pain without an injury. Very disappointed. Also to add to my frustration I live in the mountains about an hour away and this was one of the closest options so I just wasted about 3 hours of my time not to mention the fuel. The one star is for the nurse that helped me with the shot and bandage. She was very kind and did her job. But man what a waste of time and money for absolutely nothing. Save your time and go elsewhere
