They’ve changed my provider almost every year. In the past year, they’ve rescheduled my appointment 4 times. Always after I confirm and always last minute. Really sticking to this place because of the NP I see but I’ve started looking for other places. Absolutely ridiculous and poor patient care. I understand doctors have emergencies, but 4 times…..

The care provider was caring and professional and attentive. The reason I put 4 stars, however, and not 5, was because I had to wait to be seen for almost an hour even though I arrived on time for my appointment. I arrived at my appointed arrival time like I was instructed which was 20 minutes before my appointment time.
