Great doctor! Been seeing Doc for 15 plus years. He specializes in sports medicine as well. You cant go wrong with this guy.
Excellent as always! My Dr for over 15 yr. Dr. Is fast, professional, friendly, and will spend as much time with me as needed. Office runs like a well run business. Fast, efficient and on time! Don’t be late for your appointment. Thanks Dr. just learned he has telehealth too!
Dr Aoki has been my children's doctor for the past 6 years and just recently became mine too. We love the time and care he gives each time we go in. He is a great doctor and would recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Aoki is simply the best primary physician I have ever been with. Many times I'm able to get same day or next day visits. Very easy to talk with, concerned about the individual health of his patients. True professional, very dedicated.
I've been a patient of Dr. Aoki for about 25 yrs. He's kind, patient, explains things clearly, and I rarely have to wait past my appt. time. The office staff is extremely friendly, as well
Friendly efficient staff. Dr Aoki is almost always running on time and is concerned and trustworthy. Also very knowledgeable about health issues and insurance plans
If I could give him zero starts I would. Dr. Aoki is by far the worst doctor I have been to. I took my daughter for her two month appointment and shared with him my concerns, at that time I had noticed one side of her head to be flatter than the other and she also only preferred one side. I shared all these concerns only for him to tell me that "babies to that all the time and not to worry", he didn't even take the time to check her neck or look at her head. After I left his office I felt uneasy. Somehow I didn't think that was normal. Soon after we changed her Dr. for that same reason. We took her to another doctor who I also voiced my concerns. At this point her head had not changed and she still only preferred one side over the other. Her new doctor checked her neck and said her neck was stiff and that's why she only turned to one side. She also checked her head and referred us to a specialist. Long story short, our daughter is now wearing a headband to reshape her head which she'll have to wear for 3-4 months. The specialist told us that if we would have caught it sooner (at 2 months, when we took her to Aoki) she would have only had to wear it for 6 weeks. I don't recommend him at all, this is the second time something happens of this nature. My first son has a smaller eye and he said it was fine, never referred us to a specialist, he now wears glasses and they have told us that if it would have been caught sooner, his eyesight might not have been as bad. Fortunately for our daughter we were able to catch it on time with the second doctor, if not this would have affected her speech in the long run. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!
Dr Aoki is too busy to properly take care of his patients. He is always in a hurry. His office staff is so overworked and understaffed they do a terrible job. We rarely receive calls back that are promised or calls about test results. We have had prior authorizations for meds that were never sent in. When we call and ask about test results or the prior ops. the office staff is rude and uncaring. It is very frustrating. I called to talk to Dr Aoki many times but I can not get past the office staff. We have been his patients for a long time. It is sad to see the changes for the worse. if you are looking for a caring Dr and a competent office staff, look else where. We have found a new Dr. and what a difference. I forgot what it was like to have a Dr that cared.
My mother has been this person's doctor for many years. Recently my mother was hospitalized while under his care. Prior to her admission to the hospital, she was having trouble having appetite and digesting nutrients she ate. She lost a lot of weight and the medical staff advised her that it may be her medication (which never gave her any trouble before) advised her to stop taking them. A week later she demonstrated no improvement in health and my mothers's health continued to deteriorate. At over 74 years old she had already fallen multiple times, she was in constant pain, and now had trouble keeping anything she ate in her system. She was visited by a family member who is also a Medical Doctor. She was immediately taken to the hospital where she was treated, admitted for several days, and is now in recovery at a 24X7 physical recovery treatment center. She has to learn how to walk and build her strength before she is released. I contacted my mother's doctor's medical practice twice to advise them of her hospitalization and urged them to contact the medical facility or my dad to advise them of the medication she was currently being prescribed. I asked if her doctor can call her or my dad to follow up on her health and offer help. Almost 3 weeks later...no contact and no phone call. Really horrible patient care and no show of empathy. Needless to say she is really disappointed in her doctor and has since switched to another medical care giver.
