Been going here since I was a baby, nothing but good things to say.

Office lady's don't pick up the phone after 4:30 just let you're call ring and ring and the doctor don't send medicine they prescribed to you. Make you suffer in pain

Trying to get ahold of them to make an appointment and still the phones are saying they are closed 21 minutes after opening. This is ridiculous.

I ALWAYS HAVE GREAT SERVICE WHILE IM THERE, I SO APPRECIATE "NICOLE" IN DENTAL DEPT. SHE ALWAYS MAKES ME FEEL COMFORTABLE & RELAXED THANK YOU

Great Doctors 5/5 horrible receptionist 1/3 they never answer the phones the always use the excuse the phone lines were down almost every month

Dr. McLain is a wonderful doctor who truly cares about her patients. She always takes her time to address all of my concerns, never making me feel rushed. She's very humble and will admit if she doesn't know the answer to your question. In fact, she has taken the extra time to look it up on the internet during my appointment so she can provide me with clarity. She is an absolute blessing!

But it's truely been a blessing to have been employed by cvih unfortunately they decided to release me at will. To all I had met or have known at CVIH...good by may God bless you and your loved ones. Called to schedule a follow-up doctor appointment for my husband. On hold for over an hour then they hung up without speaking to me. Called back. On hold now for a hour and a half and no answer yet.first call at 2:30 pm. 5 pm now and they close at 5:30. Update: 5:45 pm and still on hold with no answer.

I've personally had nothing but exceptional care from my doctor here. Both the male & female on the phones are very kind & took the time TO FIND answers to any questions I had. Dr Mclain is not only knowledgeable but also knowledge seeking, up to date on the latest info. She shows genuine concern for her patients & takes the time necessary to address their needs, for that I don't mind waiting a few extra minutes sometimes- cause one day it could be me who needs it. To the negative reviews, I wonder what THEIR part in it was, were they late, not check voicemail, etc. I'm not native and they've always been kind & never treated me differently. Think of the logistics of seeing all those patients with who knows how many of em late. GIVE THEM the same leeway you EXPECT THEM to give you. Be kind. Do YOUR part perfectly before considering lashing out at others... it's never THAT bad so look at the good. Love and light to you.

My wife and I took my mother-in-law for her second coronavirus vaccination. We have to transport her in a special vehicle that we paid $120 to get vaccinated and return home. When we got there the nurse refuse to give us the vaccination because it would interfere her lunch hour of 12:00 we were there at 11:45. She made us wait for an hour and a half with a paraplegic person on the wheelchair in the sun from 11:45 all the way to 1:00 before she could give us the vaccine. I've never seen such a unhumanitarian medical office that could not accommodate us under this circumstances. If I could give him -10 star I would No matter how much we pleaded with them they almost call the security on us.
