The dental services very Disappointed.

This place is a joke you call to schedule an appointment you get to the appointment and then they say they have to order what you came in for they should know that they don’t have it whenever they make your schedule 🤬

I'm giving 1 star because of the cleanliness of the office. It is most likely because they don't see any patients. I called earlier for an appointment they didn't have any and said to go to the ER. Went by their office which is open until 8 pm and the Receptionist said did and I tell you to go to the ER? I'm like yes, can you please see if you have an appointment for tomorrow? She got up and went to speak to the doctors and they had me standing there waiting. Again no one in the lobby, the other workers were just sitting there chatting away. What's sad is my son is not sick he hurt his shoulder. I just hope if we ever need assistance for any health conditions this will never happen again.

DO NOT GO HERE. Awful service, dentist always an hour or more late. Rude, condescending, not explaining services. THEY TOLD ME I HAD CAVITIES WHEN I DO NOT. Got some fillings done by them, and was fed up with the horrible experience there so I switched to a local office. Turns out, UNITED HEALTH LIED and my teeth are FINE. Minor staining that they told me were CAVITIES. Took my money and lied to me about the state of my teeth. They also REFUSED to send my X-rays over to my new dentist. AWFUL. Don't go here.

I come here for dental and I need a few of my tooth's to be refilled. Tell me why I need to get scheduled for exam and teeth cleaning separately. AND for my 3 refills, I need 3 different appointments for each tooth. I'm not sure why they can't do my fills in one appointment. It's a total waste of time. So in total, I am showing up to an appointment 5 times when it could all be in 1-2 appointments.

Nice new open place. Very clean and less crowd. Stuff here are very nice and helpful. My kids had good times for their annual test. And theywill stay with this location for doctor visit from now on.

This review pretty much goes to show its not all about looks. My insurance recommended me this location because it was still brand new. The inside is clean and well kept. However, the staff and the doctors are atrocious. I had an appointment at 10:30. There was only a single person ahead of me in the waiting room. I checked in and sat for 30 minutes. I was finally called to the back where and seated in my room where I had to wait for the doctor. The medical assistant assured me the doctor was going to be in soon. I waited a FULL HOUR. No one came in to update me or let me know if they were behind. The walls are paper thin so I could hear the folks in the hallway talking. The staff members were discussing what they were going to have for lunch. I looked a the clock, realized it was already 12. I left my room and the folks in the hallway tried to convince me to sit down. They claimed that I was the next patient in line for the doctor. I told them my appointment was at 10:30 and have already waited an hour and a half. It was ridiculous to imagine that I would have to wait nearly 2 hours to be seen. What is the point of making an appointment if a patient has to wait a ridiculous amount of time? All in all, I do not recommend this facility. People have children, work, other priorities, they cannot wait 2 hours to see a doctor. They do not value your time.
