I understand the situation with COVID 19 but really I called the office 5 times I was hung up on twice. The last time I called I was transferred but on hold again yet another 10 minutes on hold over 30 minutes betwn the five calls. Really not acceptable. Hopefully there is more then one person answering the phone? Very frustrated. Was calling o a referral that was never received by referred to doctor.

Dr. Phiripes is one of my favorite doctors. He is truly concerned about my health listens to me and goes the extra mile to find the best treatment for my medical issues. His staff is for the most part supportive and efficient. You will appreciate that they have evening and weekend appointments open 7 days a week. Dr. Phiripes and the equally good Dr. Purwal have been my husband’s and my primary care physicians for almost 15 years and we are very satisfied with them.

They treat you very good

This office just cares about making money. Wouldn’t refill my insulin till I came in tried to make me come every other month so they could bill my insurance. Could care less about their patients. Find another dr stat

As a diabetic I need insulin to live. I was asked to make an appointment to see the dr every time I needed a refill aka every other month. The only reason being is they can charge my insurance. When I asked to please refill my insulin which I will die without they said they wouldn’t fill my whole rx till I saw the dr. When I went in for my appt with my toddler I was told I had the wrong time and they couldn’t see me....made me wait and said they could but it would be a long wait. I said bye

We were referred to Dr Phiripes. I have been bringing my mother here for a year. When my open enrollment came up I switched plans in order to come to Dr Phiripis. He is a caring physician who has always acted in the patients best interest. Hours at this office are very friendly. We didnt realize that just because we made an appointment on Sunday afternoon we wouldnt necessarily be seeing this doctor but once we figured out the system its fine. the other doc was excellent too.

An excellent and caring doctor. His support staff and colleagues are also. His office is a bit worn as is his clientele and his waiting room is usually stuffed to capacity so the office experience some might find a bit off putting. I do... but I dont care. The care is impecable

I have been with this Dr for 10 years and absolutely love his practice. This Dr meets all of my needs and easy tog et my refills expedited in a timely manner. The only downfall would be sometimes the girls answering the phones take forever to answer once put on hold.

Wonderful Doctor. Supported me thru all my conditions. For several months had many problems. Dr. Phiripes listened found my problem either fixed my problem or referred me to someone who could.
