Avoid using Dr. Kidane there wasnt even a language barrier yet I still had to reiterate my concerns several times. Hes very dismissive and doesnt take into account my current health status. I literally had to raise my voice to tell him to look at his computer screen to help verify what I was speaking of. He got offended and stated that this is not a good relationship. WELL DUH DUMMY youre refusing to even do the basics and when I stand corrected you dont apologize or humble yourself. Rather you say that its my fault. Trash. I asked for a specifically requested a black doctor due to previous prejudice I have received and I got a doctor from Africa but I wouldnt say he was black in the least. Very disappointing

I cant believe people actually pay for Kaiser. Im trying to change my 86 year old grandmas appointment to a phone appointment. Im on my 3rd try. I spent 10 minutes on hold the first time. Over 20 the second time. Left a message. No one returned my call. So I call the main line and the lady who answered informed me she cant help me and that I have to talk to them. So she transfers me on their backline and I am on hold AGAIN. I THOUGHT for a moment that they were going to answer the phone because it started ringing. But no one answered It put me back on hold. Youd think Kaiser could afford to pay someone to answer the phone I hate Kaiser They may be ok for Young people. But if you have an elderly parent or grandparent Id suggest going with someone besides Kaiser because they dont care about their elderly patients. They dont mind taking peoples money but God forbid you actually need services.

We are pretty sure we pay for the service but one of the medical assistants treat us like we are beggars disturbing on her vacation. This was our first visit here and hopefully the last.

I hope the one star gets your attention on two recents visits to the Pharmacy I was greeted at the front door by a Security Officer sitting down wrapped in large coat with a stocking hat pulled down over his ears and almost covering his eyes and required mask. As I entered he mumbled barley audible if I had COVID systems and then pointed at the Prell Disinfectant not saying a word just pointing.Now if I did not know better I would question the entire facility based on this greeting so unprofessional .They may be bored and hate their jobs but just sad.This is not the Security Officer that sits n a desk in the hallway he is very gracious and have seen him helping a number patients .

Broke my leg and won’t get me in. In unbearable pain will be filing a complaint with the city.

The Radiology department here is very slow. They do not have a big enough patient load to be as slow as they are. Plan on spending several hours here. I would recommend on going to the hospital instead.

Had a great experience with Mz Quesada who was giving flu shots for the kids. Thankful to her and other nursing staff that made this often painful task a breeze The idea of having a flu clinic to get in and out before the season starts is a great idea.

One horrible doctor who was convinced all my pains were in my head Dr. Kidane. Glad I switched from him. 3 wonderful doctors Dr. Namarinian who listens cares and truly tries to help his patients I am greatful for him. Dr. Lopez who is always kind and understanding with my concerns and knows how to get my autistic daughter to cooperate. Dr. Patel who is kind funny and is equally caring of both my son and daughter. There are numerous staff who are also just as kind and helpful. For those people I will definitely put 5 stars as a place cannot be rated on one bad apple alone.
