Her staff is awful. It took weeks to get my medication that I needed immediately. Back and worth them constantly. Reception and nurse are rude. The mistake with theirs but blame the pharmacy instead. They even told me I was taking certain medication that I was never on. They said it was on my folder. They need to get it together. I would never recommend this office. The staff seems to be the problem. They need to realize they are dealing with people's health/lives.

At my initial visit with Dr. Patri, she told me that she did not prescribe controlled substances. I'm always very wary of providers with blanket statements like that. Then she flat out asked if I'd like an antidepressant, but I never complained of depression. Avoid physicians who would rather dope you up on antidepressants and refuse a *reasonable* controlled substance a priori.

Well over two weeks and still has not send the needed prescriptions; In despite of lab results showing specific deficiencies, in despite of an extremely serious health matter, and attempts to communicate with her office, she's shown no concern whatsoever.

I have already recommended Dr. Patri to friends and relatives. They have scheduled appointments with her. She was very friendly and recommended tests and follow up treatments. Her staff was helpful and friendly. We are looking forward to a healthy relationship with her. Great bedside manner and easy to talk to. 5 stars!
