Love Dr Morlan and Tony. Wait time is completely out of line. No one should have to wait more than two hours after their appointment time.
Very mixed feelings. Dr. Morlan is very nice, though at first I didn’t like her but I think like all of us, she has good days and bad days. Her husband Tony is the PA and he is very nice. The worst thing is the wait time is outrageous. You can call ahead to see if they are behind.
Awesome Dr. but the scheduling staff not to impressed. I am a patient and I call in to make a appointment for my right eye to be seen. It was set for Monday 16th 4:45 with Tony. I got there and there was a notice posted on the door that the internet was down. I called left a message to reschedule the appointment. I really needed to see them due to I have possible eye infection in which is causing me to have no sight in the eye. I called the next day and no one ever call back.
I really like Dr. Morlan. She's spends time with you, is will to try different options, and listens. These qualities do tend to run her behind. But if you know that and prepare then just enjoy having a doctor who listens to you.
While Dr. Morlan is wonderful and takes her time with her patients, the Office staff and operations of the medical practice are severely disappointing. An appointment for an annual physical for my grandmother was canceled without us being contacted, and we waited over 2 hours in the waiting room to find this out. A second annual physical that was scheduled was canceled at the last minute because they did not have the appropriate forms needed for MediCare. We have yet to be contacted by the office for rescheduling. VERY FRUSTRATED with this office!
dr morlan is a good doctor but lets her husband runs the office he told me he does not care she says or thinks he does not even a M D and that's not good when i said something about him she got rid of me. what a joke recommend don't go there
I really like Dr Morlan, and I’d like her just as a person, too. She’s friendly, warm, listens well, explains well, is encouraging and supportive. Wait times can be stupid but I’ve learned that many times it’s because she’s giving a patient extra time as she has given me, myself. Tyda at the front is a wonder - obviously too busy but always helpful, always does what she can to help. Some of the other staff is slow, a bit apathetic.
I'm soo very happy with Dry Creek Medical. Dr. Morlan took her time and made me feel heard. She validated me and answered all of my questions and concerns instead of blowing me off like my previous medical providers have. Zero judgment, only encouragement. I'm elated to finally have a Doctor that I can trust to take a genuine interest in helping me to pursue better health. I know people want to complain about them sometimes running behind. To those people I say stick to seeing doctors who don't take their time with every patient. Go spend your hard earned money on office visits where they walk in, nod and write you a new RX. Any medical provider can have a revolving door churning through patients and making as much profit as possible. If that's what you like, then go elsewhere. If I'm being treated well, taken seriously and my health is treated as a top priority, then I'm more than happy to wait to be seen.
First I want to say my review has nothing to do with Dr. Morlan as I saw her for years and LOVE her as a doctor. Her office staff however is a completely different story. It seems like once they moved and became Dry Creek Medical the office staff just went downhill. No one calls back, it's hard to talk to someone about bills. Wait times are ridiculous. What finally did it for me though was that I was supposed to have an appointment scheduled this coming Monday, never heard from anyone so I called on Friday to confirm. Apparently the NP who I was scheduled with no longer works there and when she was removed from their system, so was all of her appointments. That's right. They deleted all of her scheduled appointments WITHOUT saving and following up. So I no longer had an appointment scheduled and asked the person who answered the phone if I could reschedule. She put me on hold because I don't know why and was on hold for 15 minutes before I just hung up. I am now looking for
I would give a higher rating. I saw Tony my last visit. I called ahead to check the schedule and was told he was running on time. I got there to find the waiting room empty and STILL had to wait over an hour!
