The wait..... yes, it can be long wait, but I feel it's well worth it. Here's a tip.... call ahead and ask the receptionist what the wait is.. that always helps. Dr. Morlan and staff are kind, take time with each patient and really listens to your concerns and health information. I've gone elsewhere and always come back to Dry Creek Medical.

Awesome Dr. but the scheduling staff not to impressed. I am a patient and I call in to make a appointment for my right eye to be seen. It was set for Monday 16th 4:45 with Tony. I got there and there was a notice posted on the door that the internet was down. I called left a message to reschedule the appointment. I really needed to see them due to I have possible eye infection in which is causing me to have no sight in the eye. I called the next day and no one ever call back.
I really like Dr. Morlan. She's spends time with you, is will to try different options, and listens. These qualities do tend to run her behind. But if you know that and prepare then just enjoy having a doctor who listens to you.
Barbara and her husband Tony are great and worth the wait. She is never in a rush and spends quality time with you, same with Tony. ....BUT when you first arrive you are greeted with a non-friendly sour faced receptionist who doesn’t make you feel welcomed. She’s not nice at all! (sorry, but true as of 2 yrs ago). I have since retired abroad and still can’t find an email to better communicate about my bill that I didn’t know about and was surprised with 2 yrs later! (my Insurance always took care of). Their book-keeping and application of codes are not always correct and take time to fix. (personal experience). My balance was paid off and taken from my bank account on Mar. 12, yet I just received an email 3 full wks later on Apr. 4 stating I still owe! This was paid through my US bank account in Clovis. (BillPay) not from oversees. I absolutely should not have to make a long distance International call that will cost me several Euros to clear up! Just wish they had a functional email address like the rest of the world so I can send them proof. I mailed them a letter with all my contact information some time ago, and just sent another letter yesterday with copies of proof of pymt. I hate doing this on a public platform. 🙄

I would say if you don’t have any real health problems go here. If you don’t care about your provider not remembering your health history go here. If you don’t mind waiting 2 weeks for test results that should have taken a few days go here. If you don’t mind leaving messages and not getting a call back go here.

I love Dr. Morlan and so does my family! The waits can be a bit long, however the office will often call you to let you know if they are behind. It’s well worth the wait to be treated there!! The doctors and PA, etc., listen and cover all bases and clearly explain or answer all of your questions. You are made to feel comfortable and the care is excellent!

Sitting here in the patient room while my wife is being treated. Just wanted to express how amazing Dr Morlan really is. Shes never or condescending like many others can be. She is extremely patient and compassionate. Got teary eyed seeing how sincere she was about the care shes given my wife. She really actually cares. Just wanted to say thank you, Dr. Morlan
My husband was with this doctor's office for 2 years before we finally changed. We repeatedly for 2 years asked for important DMV documents to be filled out and each time we were told that he was going to have his staff take care of it and never did. Multiple times my husband was left without very important prescriptions while being told they were calling them in to the pharmacy. Prescriptions like high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and Anti-depressants that make you very sick without having them. I would have to say this doctor's office provided the worst patient care I have ever witnessed. If you are thinking of finding a new doctor or your insurance has changed I would skip this one!
Sometimes it would take weeks to get my refills after my visits. Paperwork was never filled out when I really needed it even when I was told they were taking care of it. I never saw Dr. Morlan after 2 years with this office.

While Dr. Morlan is wonderful and takes her time with her patients, the Office staff and operations of the medical practice are severely disappointing. An appointment for an annual physical for my grandmother was canceled without us being contacted, and we waited over 2 hours in the waiting room to find this out. A second annual physical that was scheduled was canceled at the last minute because they did not have the appropriate forms needed for MediCare. We have yet to be contacted by the office for rescheduling. VERY FRUSTRATED with this office!
dr morlan is a good doctor but lets her husband runs the office he told me he does not care she says or thinks he does not even a M D and that's not good when i said something about him she got rid of me. what a joke recommend don't go there
This was my first visit to Dr Morlan. Yes I waited in the waiting room for what seemed like a long time, but it was worth the wait! Dr Morlan and her staff are very kind. I love the fact that Dr Morlan is very down to earth, willing to take the time to listen and then determine the route that should be taken.
