I'm soo very happy with Dry Creek Medical. Dr. Morlan took her time and made me feel heard. She validated me and answered all of my questions and concerns instead of blowing me off like my previous medical providers have. Zero judgment, only encouragement. I'm elated to finally have a Doctor that I can trust to take a genuine interest in helping me to pursue better health. I know people want to complain about them sometimes running behind. To those people I say stick to seeing doctors who don't take their time with every patient. Go spend your hard earned money on office visits where they walk in, nod and write you a new RX. Any medical provider can have a revolving door churning through patients and making as much profit as possible. If that's what you like, then go elsewhere. If I'm being treated well, taken seriously and my health is treated as a top priority, then I'm more than happy to wait to be seen.
I'm very happy with Dr. Morlan. She took the time to listen to me and considered what I said. She wasn't too quick to write a prescription but wanted to see what could be done by making lifestyle changes. That's very unusual, doctors nowadays just want to push drugs. There is sometimes a bit of a wait but when you consider the kind of care she's giving all of her patients, it's wise to be patient.
Love Dr. Morlin, she is an owesome doctor together with her husband Toni Reed. They care alot for people. God Bless them both and there family.
Look it's worth the wait. You can call ahead so you don't have to wait in the office. Things are explained. They talk to you. They make you feel like they really care.
Dr. Morlan will sit and talk to you and address any concerns you have, she is the most human doctor I have ever had. I have had many, most don't listen to you, she does. She's an excellent Doctor and awesome person. I highly recommend her. Like every doctor office you might run into a hiccup or two..but she's worth any minor inconvenience that come up. I live clear across town takes 2 freeways to get to their office but I will travel even farther if needed than look for another doc.
Amazing Doctor! Three generations of my family see her and we all love her. Wouldn't trade her for anything in the world!
She is the right Doctor for me.
I have always been able to talk to Dr Morlan since the first time I met her. She is a very genuine person and really cares for and about her patients. She has always helped me find the right kind of treatment and has the 'best' bedside manner I have ever experienced in a doctor.
Our family has truly been blessed to have found Dr. Morlan. I started going to her first, then my husband, and then our daughter. We all love seeing her. She is the most thorough and caring dr. we have ever known. We have also seen Tony Reid a few times and we think he is also very caring and thorough. The office staff has been wonderful, professional and also very caring. We have to go in frequently, due to many health issues, and we have never experienced a wait that was unreasonable. I can't help but wonder if the negative reviewers have been to other medical offices in town, where they would have to wait twice as long (that's been our experience with other offices). We simply bring a book to Dry Creek Medical, and before we know it, they are calling us in. We have found that it takes a little more time, for exceptional doctors to take good care of you. If you think about it, the great doctors are going to run a little late every day, because they give every patient 100%. If insurance only covers 15 minute appointments now, doctors have to schedule patients for every 15 minutes. If the doctor needs 5-10 more minutes more to finish helping the patient out, the next appointment starts later, and each appointment is started late, because the doctor is giving each patient 100%. We would rather be taken in late, and be given 100%, than go to a doctor that rushes us out of their office after 5-10 minutes, to keep a schedule. I've tried going to that kind of doctor and was not getting well. I would never try another doctor again.
My visit at this office is always a pleasure. It doesn't matter if I see the MD, P.A.C or the F.N.P I'm always very greatful of the services that I receive here. The staff at Dry Creek Urgent Care and Medical Group are very compassionate and I always feel they truly care about my health. I want to personally thank all of you for doing such a great job.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
