Worst Doctor I have ever been to. Wasted 2 years with him. If you need a competent urologist stay away for this guy

Very nice staff. Office is always nice and clean.

He has been a great urologist. I've gone for checkups with him for years and have always been happy with the care.

Dr. Rahman is one of the most knowledgeable, professional and caring Dr. that I have had. He spends the time to answer all of my questions and concerns.

On January 12 2022 I got approved for a loan and Michelle Toby titell me time to look for a house. She asked me if I had somebody helped me look for a house I said no so she sent Monica to us fantastic she did a beautiful job she stood by us with a saw 14 houses bit 8 and is it 8 and they're all good over us The last 2 we did one bit over and we got the house beautiful old house Alice 3 bedroom beautiful houbeautiful house they did a very good job Monica Joey thank you so much Michelle also Michelle also don't forget Hannah thank you so much

Office is impossible to reach by phone and the doc does not return repeated pleas to contact patient (me). This based on a multi day episode occurring in October of 2020 resulting in me going to Clovis Community ER for care of an infection I had asked his office to alert the doctor to, multiple times over several days.

Dr. Rahman and his staff made a very traumatic experience for me into a good one. The staff is professional and caring from top to bottom. I’m super happy I found Dr Rahman and would recommend him to anyone.

Staff there are wonderful and respectful. For my experience, they go the extra mile to make sure I'm well taken care of. Dr. Raham is and was, knowledgeable, respectful and explained everything to me. He answered all of my questions and was respectful and understanding. Dr. Raham is a top Urologist in his field. Those who have to wait to see him is well worth the wait. I see a lot of bad reviews about Dr. Rahman's staff and about him. Well, all I can say is, if you have to wait to see him, let me tell you he's well worth the wait. If you find that waiting to see Dr. Raham is not in your cards, then you don't understand the work he has to do. Dr. Raham may be with a patient that needs extra care or he may be giving someone the results of tests, and just needs that little bit of extra time to make sure the patient or a loved one gets all the information needed to make sure his patient is well taken care of. Remember that you're not the only one, Have consideration and patience.

At first, I had good things to say about this doctor in a staff when you're located in Fresno. I didn't treat myself well for the most part; the service was spot on. As soon as they move to Clovis, things changed.When I moved over behind Clovis community hospital, they changed insurance policies because they moved to a new group, and working with them was impossible. I got so bad I was told that my insurance is no longer taking, and he basically told me they couldn't help me and go outside. This is not how you treat a patient who has been with the doctor for over ten years and relies on him for advice. The sad part is I was not the only one; there were at least 2 to 3 other people in the waiting room and also left, and we talked outside by the elevators; one of them mentioned a lawsuit. I didn't jump into that conversation, but yes, we were all disappointed with the treatment from the staff and the no communication from the doctor. Now let's add salt to the wound I returned to Dr. Rainwater, and when I asked her all my files, they refused to give them to me. Here we are almost eight or nine months later, and I'm still waiting and have called regularly, and this offer should be ashamed of yourself the way to treat customers and patientsI can recommend Dr. Rainwater in Valley urologist; they were inviting and took me back in in a heartbeat; they do a great job.

I switched to Dr. Rahman from a rude, jerk of a urologist and what a breath of fresh air. He walked in 15 min. behind my appointment time and apologized for being late. First.....This is not late. I sat in that other doctor's office for 2 hours sometimes. Dr. Rahman asked questions, answered mine, and quickly made a plan. I am now going to switch my parents to him. I am so glad that I found a nice urologist after what my family has been through!
