The front desk lady didn't know how to look at insurance and charged us wrong at first. Xrays were taken but no diagnosis instead was told it would be 5-7 business days for Valley Children's to read and get back with results. I had to call and eventually walk back into the urgent care to get answers about the xrays taken. And then was told a referral was sent to orthopedics at VCH and after 3 days I called to be told there was no referral. Worst experience at an urgent care ever. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
If I could give zero stars I would. Total rip off . Gave wrong medication then wouldn’t fix it without me paying another office visit . They don’t care about you at all. This place needs to be shut down they could kill someone !!!!!
Horrible staff… went in because my daughter needed stitches for a big gash she got on her leg that wouldn’t stop bleeding. We waited an hr before deciding to go to a different urgent care. The room all the other patients before her because they go by clip board order not urgency! Shortly after we arrived to the other urgent care they started blowing up my phone telling me they were ready to see her in the back. I let them know they had horrible service and took her elsewhere and would not be back to that place ever again!
Terrible attitudes. Would only recommend as a last resort.
The doctors are okay but the staff is the worse. Rude when answering the phone like if they are being bothered. If you get some type of test just know you’ll wait over a week to get results. I’m being kind giving them one star.
This place is an absolute joke. Money over health. I went in for a burn and they didn't give me enough ointment. When I asked they needed me to return (Co-pay). No Doctor was there if I did return. I had Covid! My arm burns and if I have scars due to their incompetence I will sue.
This is the worst urgent care ever! It took three days, multiple phone calls and going back in to get them to call in a prescription! The front staff was so rude and the manager was worse! They finally gave me a written prescription. A few days later I got a registered letter telling me not to come back! They also did a COVID test and didn’t give me results. Horrible experience to go through when your ill and only 18 years old!
Worst service I have ever received! I was the 4th person in the door and it took 4 hours. Then I asked for copies of my medical record the next day to take to my primary care and was given the run around. I had seven phone calls two office visits filled out multiple forms multiple times. Each person I talked to told me something different. It has been three weeks.
I’ve seen Dr. Ryan here and he is the most caring doctor I met. But all sudden today I find out Dr. Ryan is moved to another office and my Calviva no longer accepted. Why is that? It is still the same office name and my insurance said it should be accepted. This makes no sense to me.
My 5 year old daughter came to be seen for a stuffy nose. They insisted on a covid test, I declined. They really really really recommended it. She has had one in the past with her primary. At that time, it was only a "light swab." This place shoved the qtip all the way down her nose while my child is screaming and trying to rip it out, probably only pushing it in further. No warning of what to expect. She did not tell us it had to stay in there for a "few" seconds either. I would NOT have let them do this unless I thought it was truly covid symptoms, which even the doctor said allergies. But because the "school might send them home, it is better to test." Even thought the test takes about a week and she goes back Monday. They need to learn how to prepare a child and parent for this. It could be very traumatizing! I am not okay with how this was done.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
