Sant Health System's Online Review Report Card

Poor review due to the fact that I got turned away for the fear that I had Covid. As I was trying to explain to them my symptoms they just shoved a paper of COVID Testing locations and blankly told me they couldn't see me. Don't waste your time going to this Urgent Care.

I went twice to Peachwood urgent care within a week for sprained foot and back pain, I have to say I received the best care , the receptionist, the medical staffs are very warm , polite and very caring, doctors are exceptional informative and took care of my issues, I have to specifically say thank you to the male doctor that treated me Monday Nov1 around 5 pm, he was so nice and explained in details about my back pain , I was relieved knowing no major problems there and went home with peace of mind, I didn’t know his name but thank you , thank you and thank you , Mr Doctor. The ladies that answered the phones for Peachwood medical group are very unprofessional , I understand they have tons of phone calls daily but pls remember you ladies are the first impression to the patients, I felt very unwelcome and was wondering should I go there or not, other than that highly recommended this place to urgent needs

The location of Peachwood Urgent care is very convenient. However, if they fail to provide adequate care it becomes much less convenient. We have been there three times with unsatisfactory results.First visit, my daughter went in with an infected split lip, they could not see past their initial thought and wanted to treat it as a cold sore. Knowing that wasn’t the case she went to Northwest Medical urgent care the same day and got her lip treated correctly. It was in fact infected and not a cold sore or herpes.Second visit, my son went in with allergies and a sore throat and was turned away at the desk saying he had covid symptoms. Again, went to Northwest Medical Urgent Care and was seen and treated with antibiotics for infected tonsils.Third visit, my daughter was injured in a water polo game and went in to get checked out. She was told to leave as her injuries were considered an assault and it goes against their policy to treat assaults. Apparently injuries during athletics are assaults in their eyes..Three strikes. They’re out. Don’t waste your time.

I have been to Peachwood Medical for over 25 years, everyone is so fantastic and professional, beginning with receptionist and all through the entire visit. Thank you everyone!

The Urgent Care treats patients very well. I’ve been using them for about 6 years on weekends or evening when we can’t get in to our primary Dr.

Worthless Doctors and treatment or I should I say denial of treatment from Peachwood Medical Urgent Care.I was referred by the exchange to see this urgent care as for some reason Northwest doesn't treat urgent care issues on Saturday anymore.So I get there and because my 8 month daughter has a fever from a possible UTI. They won't see her until she has a COVID test and they don't do them there so they turned us away. Only option they provided was asking me to call the on-call doctor over the phone. Um how is an on-call doctor going to test her urine??Doctor's offices are worthless these days...all scared of COVID ..I don't think so. Its an excuse to be lazy and work shorter hours during the weekday and no weekends. Put on your N95 Mask, Suit up, and treat some patients..Its really not that hard.

I have used peechwood medical group along with my family for years. I have a Primary care Dr there and this is our go to urgent care for anything related to me or my children. I called to get a COVID test for my kids and they refused even though we have used this place for years. Worst part is the lady who answered the phone who of course didn't tell me her name hung on on me when explaining we use this Dr's office very often. Guess I will have to go somewhere else. Which will inevitability cost Script pharmacy business as well.

Came 2 woks ago with sinus infection. Front desk staff refused to check me in. No temp or anything. Today their site and phone says open but paper sign says closed. Watched 3 others leave same time. Doctors are great but office staff need to learn tact or customer service and to leave diagnosis to doctors.

The urgent care is a joke. They won't even see a patient unless they have a covid test done. That would be no big deal if they actually gave a covid test but they only give them during certain times. If you are going to have an urgent care they should be done all the time. No wonder the waiting room is empty and no one goes there anymore. I certainly won't be going to them.

Long long wait on the phone when I call. At least 15-20 mins. every time. Staff does not return phone calls. Not happy with this place at all.
