Horrible place to have as your primary care. The doctors are great once you get to them but if you have a 1pm appointment dont expect to be seen until 4pm. It is complete garbage. Getting referrals or getting them to send paperwork is like pulling teeth and you honestly have to show up at the door to get anything done.

They had my ripped open shin stitched up with 12 stitches with minimal wait time and pain. I dreaded getting this done. The office was a little disorganized but all of the staff and doctors were very kind and caring. I was in and out in about an hour.

Very disrespected. Called them for making appointment, was putted on hold for 38 min and like many times worker never returned.

Very poor service in the world worst then 3rd w0rld country . in 110 degrees they let you stand outside even if you have appointments no chairs or bench to sit even when you have appointments you still have to wait hour en half minimum outside in the heat that is called appointments. They don't have a customer service and no one answers phone they just have answering machine and no one checks the message. only if I could give 0 stars I don't know how they run this place .The bussnes manager told me if u don't like the service LOOK for another place." WHAT SERVICE ???????" they don't have ONE and they don't know what's customer service is .

Worst place to go for service even is you die they don’t answer phone or return your calls They give you appointment and see you in two hours. Have you stand outside for hours in this hot weather I regret choosing them.

We have never waited less than two hours to be seen here, and today it was 4 1/2 hours for my husband to be seen. The doctors are OK but the practice of overbooking every day makes it stressful and infuriating. There is no excuse to be overbooked every day!

Horrible!!! I was suppose to have an appointment on 1Dec2014, waited for an hour, no show and no indication on when Tony Reid will be there, the front office finally refunded my $15 of co-pay. Sent at least 4 communications between year 2019 and year 2015, they still said that I owed them the cost of the visit, which is now $35.22 on 1Nov2019. Really frustrated!!! If I can, I will give them NO Star!

I wish I can give less than 1 Star. Staff he careless they don’t care about anything. They make me to wait 2 months for specialist appointment. I can’t go directly because it requires primary care Referral. And Front desk is Horrible I Mean if you call them they Never pick your call and If you leave Voice mail and Don't expect Call back from, I've Call 5-6 times for appointment. Doctors are Really Nice.
