I used to love this place and even gave them a positive review at one point. Yesterday I took my son in for an illness with similar symptoms to COVID. I was told they would not treat him without first paying $200 out of pocket to test him. Or they vaguely stated I could test him otherwise and then return. So I did. I tested him at home this morning (negative) then returned for a second time to be treated. They again turned me away saying at-home tests were unacceptable, as there was no real proof. The manner in which I could test him was NOT specified the day before. I left there in tears and absolutely livid. I have no reason to lie about his results. I’m obviously just trying to do what’s best for my son and get him well. I will never go back here, which is so disappointing because I really liked them and have gone several times for several years.

Do not come here for any reason. I came in with sinusitis and they kicked me out saying that I needed a negative Covid test before I could be seen. Everyone in my family was sick, but they all tested negative when they were sick a week before, and so did I. However, they could not see me unless I gave a negative test from within the last 48 hours, because I have "Covid symptoms" (of course they put generic and vague symptoms on the form like "feeling unwell" that could be literally anything).So since they are requiring a negative test for every patient who is sick, they should be readily available and free.I am also wondering, how will they deal with cold and flu season. Will you continue to deny patients healthcare? They should be ashamed.Armstrong Urgent care sees people from their car in order to prevent possible exposure in their office. Clovis Urgent care should consider doing that if they wish to remain in business.

Beware of this place they practice fraudulent billing with recurring billing, misleading people into making double payments. This has been reported to the Medical Board of California. I spoke to the billing department and Manny the billing associate mentioned that this is the way Dr. Gurdavar Dhaliwal practices and it can not be helped. BEWARE of SCAMMERS

Very long wait for a covid test… ridiculous

Rude front desk ladies and had to wait 3 hours for a “rapid” covid test. Doctor was very nice though

Was there on Saturday. They refuse to give me copies 4 days later of my daughter's xray even though they told me to come to office to get it.. then said they may be able to get it on a couple of days. A whole week to get a copy is ridiculous and unprofessional.
