I had a problem with my referral and the staff helped me out. They contacted my Dr and got the information they needed. They could of sent me back to my Dr but they didn't. The staff is friendly and patient.

The staff at Sierra Medical Imaging are terrific! The technician who did my CT scan with contrast was very helpful; she explained each step thoroughly so I knew what to expect and she put in the IV without any pain whatsoever. I was nervous about the procedure, but her patient and competent bedside manner put me at ease and everything went fine. The facility is also very clean and the waiting time was short. I will definitely use this imaging office again!

The image center is located at a convenient location with ample parking. The waiting room can be a little crowded as the room is on the small side. The front desk did a great job checking in and the medical staff was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would like them to provide patients a better time estimate with regards to the over all appointment time as my appointment went 40 minutes over the initial estimate. All the best.

My tech was great, very kind and thoughtful. The MRI took about 20 min. and I was in and out in 35 mins. from the time I arrived. I checked-in online in advance of my appointment.

Overall when I had to come or my mom, everyone is so nice. When my mom came the staff was very welcoming and great at multitasking. Today I had to go in and staff took a while to acknowledge me but still very nice. Office is very clean. The only thing is they have old chairs with torns.
