UPDATE: Back up to 4 stars. I received a call from Christina the office manager and she heard my concerns. This was after another worker I randomly contacted (I believe her name was Myra) was able to take care of me and get the refill authorization to my pharmacy. What an ordeal but I have to believe that things will get better at this point. Hopefully Dr. Minor will take head of his Ofc. Mgr and make things go in a more positive direction.

THANK YOU Dr. Minor😊. Dr. Minor is good. POOR MANAGEMENT. Twice on the road they lost my paper work. My employee needs my medical leave papers. Dr. Minor's office don't care. If you guys can please don't go to that place. Look for another Dr.

The back office and medical staff are absolutely wonderful, but the front office and especially scheduling is joyfully DIFFICULT to deal with.

I love the guy when you see him but his office is a mess. I had an 8 am appointment. They asked me not to see him but the PA at 330. It is now 445 and I haven't got to the room yet. RUDE AND RIDICULOUS

Waiting room. That's why they call it the waiting room. Examination room. You would think that it's not a waiting room but you'll be waiting for a long time the examination room. Not exactly someone I'd want to live next door to. Rude. I'd say yes. A little rude and temper.

Dr Minor is hands down the best in his field. He saved my husband from kidney cancer and we will never stop thanking him. He makes you feel like family!

It's nearly impossible to reach anyone by telephone for anything unless you wait on the phone for 1/2 hour to an hour... but wait for it...their phone system then hangs up on you. Extremely frustrating. There has to be a better solution to run an office more efficiently. Everyone's time matters.

Staff was helpful. Dr. Minor was sincerely engaged in listening and devising a comprehensive individualized plan of action.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called to make an appointment and waited on hold for 20 mins before being asked to please hold just a little longer. It’s at that moment I realized I would not actually make an appt, but waited on hold while getting things done to see what it would eventually take to talk to someone. At 56 mins I hung up and called back. I was going to push a different number to schedule as a referral from a dr’s office, thinking I would receive priority. It is then that I realized his staff had just left me on hold and left for their 1.5 hour lunch break. No thank you Thomas Minor. You need new staff.
