The conversation was totally rude. I guess they don’t really want new patients here. Making it mandatory for a new person in the area to have an OB/GYN is absolutely ridiculous. I have proof of my most recent pap and my medical documentation from my doctor from Houston, TX. I’m in the military like seriously be logical. I have a pap annually and a physical exam. With proof of tri care benefits and she still spoke to me like I was nothing. I’ll just take my business/ money elsewhere.
Love this fertility center! They have an amazing staff, and amazing results!
This is truly the worst place. I would not recommend them at all. You have to call for days in order to speak with someone, neither do they respond to emails. I haven’t even met the doctor in person. I have met the nurses which is truly the best thing about that place. There is no organization at all. I have been calling for about 2 weeks and still no response from them. I was transferring into their clinic from a different facility because I was moving from another state , but thankfully things happened in such a way that I was able to save my time & money. Please think twice about going there
This place is awful and only want’s your money they do not care about you. I had my first appointment back in April and was told before hand that I needed to pay out of pocket for the appointment I told them I wanted them to bill my insurance because I had already talked with my insurance and they said my appointment would be covered. I was then told that out of pocket would be $300 but if I didn’t pay it right then and had them bill insurance first that they bill insurance for $500 and if insurance denied it I would be responsible for paying them $500 not $300. Keep in mind this is all 15 min before my scheduled appointment time and if I canceled my appointment they would have charged me $100, so in panic I paid the $300 and was told they would still bill my insurance and if they accepted it I would have a credit of $300 for any expenses not covered by insurance. My video call (which they required for the first appointment) was nothing more then what I’ve been told my my gino for free, take baby aspirin and take a folic acid prenatal. Okay already doing that. Then I was told that I would need to come in for multiple ultra sounds throughout the month I said I wanted to wait to see what my insurance was going to pay for before making that next appointment and was told that it wouldn’t really matter to wait because insurance wasn’t going to cover anything anyways. Well I waited anyways and then ended up calling them time and time again asking wether insurance did in fact pay for my appointment or not finally after multiple phone calls I was told by the very annoyed workers that insurance denied my claim and I needed to take it up with them, well after a few phone calls back and fourth with insurance it was discovered they never billed my insurance and instead lied and said they denied my claim. Like really what was the reason? So my husband ended up talking with them and getting them to submit my claim to insurance finally because I couldn’t handle talking with these rude arrogant people anymore. And guess what, insurance paid for the appointment like they said the would. SHOCKER right. Then we check the claim with insurance and how much it was billed for and the clinic only billed insurance for $280 because we have a $20 co-pay. What happened to the $500 they said they billed insurance for that I would have been responsible for if I didn’t pay it right then and there? Like what sketchy disgusting people, taking advantage of vulnerable women just trying to have babies. It is now August and I just finally got my money back that I paid so now I’m finally able to write this review and be done with them! This place shouldn’t even be open still they are awful people and just so rude. Don’t waste your time and money on this place.
BAD! It all started great the lady on the phone is really nice they book your appointment. I saw a provider NOT an actual doctor and she said just because I was speaking with her it did not mean I wouldn't see a doctor WELL. I did all the test I had to get done $$$$ bloodwork, ultrasound. Then when they tried to schedule me they lost ALL interest and tried to schedule my next appointment WAY out! Keep in mind I was going to try for an IUI, they wanted to schedule me after my cycle has passed!! The next appointment they scheduled me for was NOT with a doctor again, which means you only see the doctor during the actual IUI only! That would delay my process, at that point I knew they only cared for booking new patients. They act like the care and are going to help BUT in reality they only care about getting new patients!
We had very bad experience with the Is staff. Is very unprofessional in very disrespectful
Excellent care and staff
Infertility is long and stressful journey especially for being a carrier for genetic disease. I decided to do IVF and Genetic Testing and found women’s specialty and fertility center. I first met Dr. Synn, then Dr. Sueldo and Carolina Sueldo. I was there from 2019-2022. There was a lot of appts and tests that had to be done before the retrieval. I was able to get 15 embryos at the retrieval, 8 made it to blast, 8 made it to testing, 3 came out healthy. The first one didn’t take and was put in by Carolina Sueldo. I was heartbroken so I asked for one of the other doctors. The 2nd transfer was done by Dr. Sueldo the dad, and it took. I was so excited to be pregnant and then it stopped growing and it was a blighted ovum. I had to take a break from IVF for a year and then I came back and Dr. Sueldo did the 3rd transfer and touch down! I am 35 weeks pregnant with my 3rd and final embryo. I can’t thank Dr. Sueldo enough and he has good bedside manner and the ladies were very helpful with the instructions on how to do the shots, and hermones meds, and it was a long stressful journey. I will always be thankful for dr. Sueldo for making my dreams of becoming a mom come true. I highly recommend him and womens specialty and fertility center
Dr. Carolina Sueldo, Dr. Shin and the whole staff could not have been more supportive, kind and professional. I traveled from San Luis Obispo just to have their care and expertise. “The girls” as they refer to them are organized and welcoming- they made me feel comfortable and went above and beyond to make me feel informed and were so encouraging throughout the whole process. I 100% recommend Women’s Speciality and Fertility Center.
If you’re looking for a place that gives you devoted time, education, and truly cares, this is it!The ladies at the front do a great job in setting you up for your first appointment, are very informative, and know the insurance/no insurance process well.My ultrasound tech Violet made me smile, laugh, and truly cared about my success. Dr Sueldo was very informative, and was happy to change up each cycle to see if we can get something that works for me.After 1 timed cycle and 3 IUIs we are pregnant and graduated to our regular OB.Highly recommend!
