Dr. Hesseltine’s treatment of me was outstanding! He has the most personable demeanor and he explains all the details of what your treatment will consist of. He very kindly answers questions with great detail and in layman terms. After my visit, I left very aware of my condition and understood my treatment. For the first time in almost 20 years I am actually free of pain!!!!!! I am so happy and i look forward to my continuing treatment with him and his outstanding staff!

I absolutely adore Dr Hesseltine, he always takes the time out to really listen to me and help me with my problem. The way he explains things makes me feel as if he really cares. He’s a great doctor!

DR Hesseltine is the most caring and helpful Dr.I have ever had.. He is determined toHelp his patients with a very caring disposition.Dr Hesseltine takes being a Dr to the next level.. he answers any and all questions I ask , with pleasure.He vows to help u with ur pain and try’s everything possible .HE Is VERY APPRECIATED.. and DR ERIK SONG . IS also just as Amazing. he too listens toAll my concerns and does the best he can do for me ..I’m a hard case.. . I’m so Blessed to have them both helping me with my pain.. . I have been seeing Dr. Hesseltine for just over 3 years now and received EXCELLENT CARE with every procedure. He has an AMAZING and CALMING presence that puts me at ease. He is the reason I am able to work, his compassion and genuine care make a huge difference as well. Thank You!♡!

I love the doctors and and most PA’s. A couple PAs will come into the room and not bother to look up from my chart, no people skills. Also some of the front office staff seem to want to be there but there’s still a majority of them who think that the patient is beneath them and can’t be bothered to be polite. If I were in charge of personnel, I’d fire 85% of the front office girls and replace them with courteous and polite staff who appreciate having a job and act like it. I’d recommend going to Inland Pain but be sure to warn about the unfriend girls who sit with their backs to the desk and can’t be bothered to do more especially when it’s busy.

Dr.Hesseltin is wonderful. He takes time with his patients and explains everything in a manner that is understandable. He is kind and very easy to talk to. He also explains the procedure as he is performing it. I wish all doctors were like him!
