Oh my goodness that was seriously a beautiful trip to ER. let me tell you the staff was so kind and inviting. They really made me feel like I was important and like they cared . Doctor was so thourogh and gentle. I cant say enough about the staff at Arrowhead Regional medical center. Fast friendly and literally couldnt have asked for a smoother er visit.THANK YOU TO THE STAFF Morning of 6-10-2021

Even though Dr. Roberts in the ENT department couldn't heal me, I need to believe that he tried his best. Yes, I did indeed felt rushed when interacting with him during follow-up visits, and his department dropped the ball on me hard when they failed to reach out the night before like they said they would to provide details of my surgery. This caused all sorts of headaches and anxiety for me. Thanks Doc for trying your best. I must have faith in you that you did. The medical professionals in the surgery pre-op / prep room however were some of the nicest and kindest people I've ever met in any industry. Thank you especially to Jesse (Last name?/Asian male), and Miss Kent (First name?/White female). My surgery was Sept 2020. They were both very funny, helpful, and courteous to me during every step of the way which helped my nerves immensely before what would be my very first surgery. True professionals. I will never ever forget you two.. Thank you for your kindness and what you did for me. Please recognize these people! As for Doctor Roberts, I wish you success on your next patient.My apologies for my previous review. This updated review more accurately reflects my true experience here in a more positive way.

Two weeks ago admitted to the emergency. Registered Nurse Savannah took care of me in daytime. What an excellent nurse. All nurses should be like her. You need not to call her but she regularly visits you and did not let you feel anything bad. Thanks Savannah.

ER is just horrible. 6 hrs so they could tell you nothing wrong. See your Primary Doctor, they said. I haven’t eaten or drank water in 3 days and my primary is the one that sent me to them . Never again.

I have never received a better experience at any hospital. The staff were so caring an attentive. They made sure I knew everything that that they were doing and needed to do. The rooms were very comfortable and I felt very taken care of. Great bedside manner.I 5 stars
