Visited on Thursday 8122021 and had an appointment at 9am. Was not seen by Dr. Symonett until 1115 because “he was in the weight loss clinic with two other patients” was what the assistants told me when I asked if I was going to be seen soon since I had to pick up my son from school and go to work. When I was finally seen the nurse interrupted and the doctor and her walked out of the room for an additional 5 min without even stating anything.Then they were unable to provide my referral and didn’t even contact me. When I called them to verify what was the status the girl answering the phone told me that the referral was submitted and I should wait but I had confirmed with my insurance they had received nothing. When I asked her that the insurance stated they should have received some time of confirmation she said let me put you on hold to confirm and came back and stated oh yeah we did receive that notification so we now have to wait I then asked her why had she just told me the previous statement and she said oh I just assumedIf you value your time and health stay as far away as possible I didn’t get many pictures but the place is not as clean as a clinic in a pandemic should be and it’s honestly a bit creepy with all the doctors personal photos on the wall

He is a great doctor. Very Courteous and thorough.

I have a friend that went there and the doctor sold him for $100 drops that were supposed to be oxygen with cancer be patient only had labs done and the doctor claimed he had cancer you could not tell that he has cancer from just LAB works there has to be much more done. I think he is a quack and to be selling the stuff out of his office is Ludacris I think he is a Charlatan. He should be reported to the medical board and to the better Business bureau.

Doors open at 8am doctor arrives at 930. If you book anything after the first available time expect to wait 3+ hours to be seen. You really have to accept that you will waste much of your day here to give this office anything more than a 1 star rating. My first visit I soon realized why the doctor takes so long that he is also running a ministry out of his office and using the private background info you disclosed in confidence in your background info sheet to preach the gospel and try to convert you. He gave me a dvd after about 30 minutes of lecture. The second visit I booked my appt at 9 but there was a guy ahead of me. Dr. didnt waltz in til 11. I read my entire file that the nurse had hung outside my door by the time the doc finally came in. I told him I read my file and I know the prescription I need so he wrote it and I was gone in less than a minute. Today I told the nurses I didnt want to wait and Id be back when the doctor finally decides to rear his head. So they took my vitals and I left to return when the doctor is said to arrive.

Horrible doctor very unprofessional. I hear him laughing and talking while I’m waiting to be called. Appointment was at 930 and it’s 1130 waiting for some lab results. Don’t go here They open at 8 but doesn’t get here at 930 your time is best spent somewhere else.

A wonderful doctor and was my fathers Dr our whole family went to him all my children and their children now

I have known Dr. Symonett for about 15 years. He is very much a family man which is obvious when you walk into his clinic for the first time. Dr. Symonett takes the time to listen to my problems and ailments. Dr. Symonett with his wealth of experience is very caring patient a great listener and he makes sure I am receiving the most appropriate treatment and care. Like this review reviews are personal and based upon the experience of a few visits but when you know him for as long as I have known him I can say that Dr. Symonett is a great physician. His admitting privileges at Loma Linda Medical Center is a big plus he works for one of the best hospitals around. Thank you very much Dr. Symonett.

I have been going here for a year and the staff is nice. I never wait long it’s maybe one person or two and i’m in and out in 15 mins. You only see the DR 1st time for labs to get started. With out this I would not have lost the weight that made me unhealthy and unhappy.

3hrs and still waiting and there was only two other persons besides me when I first got here

Only if everyone else is closed that day and you totally completely absolutely have no other choice .Otherwise 🛑.
