15 hours before my moms death her care dropped off, I called for care nurse and was told to call 911 which isnt what hospice care is about. It took hours to get a response that a doctor was coming and he was only there 40 min and then left again leaving us to figure out her care. Finally an LVN showed less then an hour before she passed leaving us to wait an hour and a half for an RN to pronounce. Constant care was to be provided up to 5 days before death, my mom had hours of horrible seizures before her death that an RN could have helped with. Stay clearOf this company for hospice , they may seem all caring but at the end they leave you wondering if you made the right call. Thanks for nothing GSR you left me with wonderful memories of my mom in her final hours.
