These people were very unprofessional. They sent me on a goose chase and would not tell me where I was supposed to be for my appointment. Now I have to wait another 2 months for a new appointment! I have no trust in this organization. The Medical Board should be made aware of this very unprofessional and shady Medical Facility.

I just left from my first visit with Dr. Lei, I had made an appointment due to both of my big toes having ingrown toe nails. My wait time in the lobby was very short, only a few minutes- despite me being late for my appointment time by 10 minutes. The nurses I spoke with were professional, kind, and thorough. I didn't feel forgotten about at all. Dr. Lei was very compassionate, and made suggestions to help solve my problem that day so I could get relief as soon as possible. I really appreciated that he suggested a solution that would help me both in the short term and long term. He gave me an idea of what I could expect to feel for the quick operation, such as a pinch from the shots and pressure from clipping the nails. He also made sure to check first that my toes were fully numb before begining. After removing the ingrown sides of my nails he applied a medication to the area where the sides of my nails grow, which will prevent the nail from regrowing in that area. The last time I saw a different Dr. At a different clinic, they clipped my nail but didn't do anything to prevent my nail from just regrowing out back to how it was before. I'm really glad i went to see Dr. Lei, and I'm filled with excitement in anticipation for the relief he's provided me. Thanks again Dr. Lei.
