3 hours of waiting for urgent care and counting, my husband is been waiting for 30 minutes inside of the examine room for a doctor to see him and based on the information provided by the person at the door is only one doctor.

I regret on going to altamed dental clinic.In my experience Altamed Dental group (Commerce) isn't good. One of the dentist did the job in the wrong place! They could never tell me why they did the job in the wrong section, they only said I might've needed it (the first dentist told me I didn't need that much work). They never fixed my molars problem and they would do X-RAYS every visit, it was ridiculous. The dentist are extremely nice, but nice is not enough... They should be good at what they do, what they "STUDY".Last year when I visit them, in 2 occasions, the dentist told me they couldn't see me anymore because the insurance would not pay for another thing... they supposedly "fixed" other "problems" that I had, but never the one that took me there in the first place.Most of the time they're working with 2 people at the same time, probably that's the reason why they don't do a good job. The dentist insisted ALLOT that my wisdom tooth should be removed, they made me an appointment with an specialist... When the specialist remove my wisdom tooth, he told me that it was in a perfect condition, that I should have keep it.

Giving this a three star because i do plan on going back in MY near future, my only advice is for the clerks/front desk MA, or receptionists to be more compassionate and less rude. My experience would have been less stressful and less confusing had it not been for the attitude today.

They get you in very fast, the wait is not 4 hours like in other places. They have all the machines you need for a full check-up. So you don't get send to another clinic or have to reschedule an appointment. So far itsthe best place for a non appointment visit.
