Alta med has a decent concept for care but could improve on fulfillment. I had not received any follow up for my sickly uncle who was a fit candidate , after numerous meetings they did not follow back up , they always had excuses for miscommunication .I feel they are a good start up but bit off more than they can handle . It's not very calm there the offices seem full of chaos and being rushed and treated more like a business relationship with over the top sensory engagement for marketing purposes . I don't think is appropriate and be a distraction from seniors effectively taking their health seriously , and having a personable relationship with their doctors .

Hoy lleve a mi hija a Pedriatria ,todo el personal muy amables y atentos, muy rapido y excelente servicio la Doctora Ong,Cindy y el doctor que estubo con ella,no recuerdo su nombre muy atentos y profesionales respondieron todas mi dudas, fuimos escuchadas con atencion salimos muy contentas de esta clinica realmente la recomiendo 👌

I’ve had pretty bad experiences here, One of their hygienist asked me what medications I take ( which is standard questioning pre cleaning ) but once I told her I take antidepressants she went on to belittle me and make me feel bad for taking antidepressants! Comparing her life to mine while I was literally sitting on the chair , waiting for my cleaning ! it was very awkward and humiliating honestly. They’ve “fixed” my cavities as well but I swear they’re never actually fixed ! This isn’t only me there’s other people who feel that their cavity fillings never actually fix anything.

Its my frustration with the consistently poor service I have experienced. The website is constantly down, making it impossible to pay bills conveniently. Furthermore, attempts to contact customer service have been met with no response. This lack of reliability and communication is unacceptable.. even I visited one or two time's and they said it's survey down

Good doctors, clean place and staff is very attentive great experience, when my kids get sick this is the place

I've been trying to get a hold of someone since 12:30pm, it is currently 3:50pm and I've been hung up on THREE TIMES!

Horrible urgent care service, went in to ask for a price estimate on a consultation, I got told rudely that it was too expensive and out of my price range?? After insisting to get a price they said 300$ for a consultation?? So I called the AltaMed number and they quoted me about 40-60$, not only were they trying to scam me in person for a consultation but I had to experience that rude service, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

First of all parking is free. I walked in immediately was greeted by the reception staff. They checked me in in under 5 minutes. I sat down and was expecting to wait for hours as I usually do for urgent care, to my surprise I got called in no more than 3 minutes. They took my vitals and then again I was expecting to wait for the doctor but she came right in took care of me asked if I had any questions and I walked out with my prescription all under 20 minutes. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

El sistema se cae para algunos y para otros no están raritos también llevo un año en citas y sigo sin el arreglo mas importante.Ya que metí en esto espero terminar para no volver nunca mas.gracias
