Worst place to be. I gave it one star because I did not have other lower options. Avoid coming here unless no choice.

The staff is a joke. Management isn't even helpful. The wait time is bad too. If you need to get a drug screen test I recommend going to a different concentra. This office just seems to care about money. But that's not the worst part. The staff is forgetful and don't know what they're doing. Worse experience ever. If I could give 0 stars , I would.

Worst clinic to go to.  Do not come to this clinic unless you have no other choice.  It takes no less than three hours in order for them to see you for a regular DOT.

I would not go here. The nurse in the front desk is very unprofessional and rude. It's a waste of time.

The front nurse w the blond hair is very unprofessional. It was a waste of my time and do not recommend I suggest going to a different location.

I have found that the physical therapy works are a lot nicer and seem to care more than the doctors do about helping you out.

More than 3 hours for a physical. They asked if I wanted to come another day . Hello even if I come another day I still have to wait. They are slow and take their sweet time. The lady next to me has already been waiting over 6 hours to be seen. All you here is well your going to have to wait... They need to speed it up get more drs or staff I hope my job never sends me to this place ever again.

I Don't even wanna give this place any stars,I literally went for a drug test and physical right now that took 3 fucken hours for no reason. Nobody attended me till I stood up looking at all the workers since they were just talking about the clients they get, call of duty, war stories from some guy that works there and all this other bullshit, literally the laziest workers ever. I don't know how much they get paid but they shouldn't even get paid more than a McDonald's worker. I will never recommend this place to anyone literally the worst place to go for anything. Whoever the manager is needs to fire all the doctors and hire a whole new set of workers.Every worker just walked past my room and didn't attend me till I started looking at everyone mad, they're lucky I didn't confront them cause it wouldn't have ended well.

This clinic is the worst.  One doctor by the name of Ho, is the worst he doesn't explain how and why he is treating your injury.  When you are trying to ask questions about your treatment he doesn't respond, he totally ignores you.  So as a result I wasn't going to go back to this clinic, but one of the nurses stated you can change the doctor so, I said ok. Made the appointment with Dr. Castro.  I even received a text stating to confirm my appointment with Dr. Castro.  The day I went for my appointment  waited about 45 minutes before I was called in, I was put in a waiting room for another 45 minutes. Guess who comes in the room, Dr. Ho, he was about to touch my foot that I had burned. I said I'm not here to see you, I have an appointment with Dr. Castro, he said Dr. Castro isn't here. He then said you will have to wait and see another doctor. I said no I'm not, then the nurse came in and said I'm sorry for the mix up.  You can come tomorrow, I said I will not be coming to this clinic again it's ridiculous how help are treated.  This place doesn't have any empathy for the patient pain, time.  Also the place isn't very clean where they treat the patience's.  I never saw anyone washing their hands, only putting gloves on top of gloves they where already wearing.  They also don't care about the patient time, having an appointment is a joke!!! This clinic does not care about you!!!  Do not go there!!! I would rather go to my primary and pay out of pocket!!! They don't even deserve a one star, but you can't post unless you do!!!

Thur. 9 pm. 6.02.22 It's a full house. The 3+ hour wait for a group of company employees to get tested & evaluated til 7 am.* Tonite, my 9 pm. Doc/PA appt., 3 ppl ahead of me.* Note: I had rescheduled this appt. 2 wks ago, my 10 am. appt. was 3+ hrs wait, I left after 90 mins.
