Don’t even bother with this place. They’re always booked weeks in advance and leave you on hold for almost a half hour only to be of no help. I set this location as my PCP because my former doctor never did much for me and I came here with hopes that this doctor would be different but turns out it’s worse. During my first visit, tell me why the provider was not in-office, saying he was not aware of any appointments for the day. The nurses had to kick everybody out and rebook them for another day. Unfortunately I had to wait until I got my work schedule to be able to book something with them. Point is, I was able to book a reservation over 3 weeks later and with just my luck, I got called in to work during my appointment time. I called to ask if I can postpone for later in the day and they said the next appointment is until 8/10. It’s 7/25 today. My original appointment was on 7/1. They’re always booked until weeks later and even just calling them, you’re put on hold for over 20 minutes. Save your time and energy for a doctor with actual availability and consideration for their patients.

He was my Doctor when I was younger an His hands are healing, this is why the wait is so long He is good at his job! GOD BLESS YOU DOCTOR MATEMOTJA

I had a very frustrating situation today at this clinic. I have been going there for years because is very convenient and I appreciate some of the olders staff that has been then for years but recently for the past year the front desk personnel service has been AWFUL, RUDE, UNKIND and today the front desk staff on the computers and the Lab technician were very UNRESPECTFUL to me. The front desk staff made comments and talk about me among themselves while I was waiting to have by blood drawn AND when I was finally asked to go to the lab; The Lab technician engaged in making unnecessary comments to me as if it was my fault that they did not have proper authorization to have my blood drawn. I asked the lab technician if there was a doctor in and she said "no, not yet". I have had other experiences but I never wanted to make any complaints because I did not want to get my in trouble but today's situation was unnecessary and no staff should treat anyone like this. SUPER DISAPPOINTED!!!

Worst clinic doctors office, called 2 times and went in person to send pharmacy my blood pressure refill prescription and they didn't so it. Even the pharmacy called them and faxed them and nothing. Cant wait to switch. I see Carol Veneracion-Godoy

Not sure if this drs office is still open, I've been calling to schedule an appointment for the last past 3 days no answer . It doesn't even give me an option to leave VM. I will def. Be changing my MD next year

This place is garbage. Completely untrained and unprofessional staff. The office is dirty and smells like mildew. You call and are placed on hold for 30 minutes - no joke! The tell you they are going to fill your prescription and do not. They treat you as a body and have zero relational skills. Good luck actually seeing Dr. Matemotja, you will get stuck with an unskilled Physician Assistant who thinks that they are your doctor. The girl that works in the front is overwhelmed and under trained. Go to this place at your own risk!

If a person has an appointment please take them in at the time they were given. They scheduled my mother an appointment for her results at 10:30 it is now 11:40 and she is still sitting in the waiting area. All they are saying is the rooms are all taken and can't take anyone in . This is extremely ridiculous and unprofessional. If they are short staff don't schedule in patients to come at a certain or don't accept any walk ins ! People with appointments should be a priority!
