This was the 1st time visiting this Location, the receptionist was rude and doesn’t have any clue on how to be polite to guest especially someone working the front desk with this being your initial point of contact with this business. She had short blonde/brown hair and portrait tattoos on one of her arms. Didn’t catch her name but I’m sure she’s the only one there with faces tattooed on one of her arms. She needs to be trained on Customer Service to provide members with a better experience.

Horrible!!!! they can’t keep up with their appts and they have no communication I’ve been to my “appointments “ and twice I have not been found in the system and not once seen a DR

My personal experience with all the staff from the receptionist, the nurses and Dr Cardenas has been wonderful. Dr Cardenas is very attentive and he always takes time to listen to any concerns I might have.

They showed a lot of patience and we're kind to my grandma. The doctors and staff are very nice and patient when explaining things too which is something our family finds refreshing.

My dad comes to this clinic I would give them a 0 if I could. for customer service and medical attention also I don’t recommend this facility at all the y never answer wen you call and they always making excuses to not make appointments my father is a dialysis patient and is very sick to make he’s own appointment but this clinic won’t help you if they don’t have verbal authorization from him this is ridiculous when someone’s not feeling well this clinic will LET YoU DIE !
