It's crazy that there is a lot of negative reviews that are 100% opposite of my experience at this facility. The staff is super sweet, overly attentive like, they care more than they have to! Every visit for me is always fast also,

Cuando comencé a ser paciente de esta clínica estaba muy bien la atención, ahora ya cambiaron xq si mi doctor se va tengo q comenzar de cero xq no sacan sangre xq no saben xq solo porque ya se fue el doctor eso no tiene sentido

Muy mal servicios ya que uno como paciente si llega 3 min tarde ya te quitan la cita que tenia. Y si llegas antes te tienen esperando hasta 40 min después de tu cita. Eso es falta de empatia. Entendiaria si fueron 10min o más se entiende pero 3 min. No todos tenemos la posibilidad de transportarnos a tiempo.

The people in the department where you need to apply are horrible. They don't do there upmost to help people apply for insurance. They're lazy in my opinion, they go on their lunch and don't leave a sign in sheet out for those who are waiting. They love wasting peoples times and will make you come back multiple times and don't accommodate to your needs. Your better off applying online yourself or going somewhere else.

It's ridiculous to be waiting over an hour to get called for a room . I arrived 15 min before my scheduled app and I have yet to be seen.

Been a patient here for over 5 years now. This office never seems to do shit right. The over St. John's clinic company is straight bullshit. They don't help you. They just wanna pile u up and draw blood for nothing. Was scheduled 3x back to back INCORRECTLY. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Go ELSE WHERE!!

Don't recommend at all they always take for ever even with appointments 2-3hr wait like bruh I need to find new clinic like they isn't even right waiting for so long then they give you an attitude just cause your asking a question and they be so rude
