WOW!! In 2 days I was able to make an account, had a video appt with my new dr, and got testing done the next day and she was able to schedule my appointment with a specialist for next week. I got more done in 2 days in one medical than 2 months in Kaiser. Dr Wang was super friendly, efficient and fast. This is so worth when you are busy and don’t have time to wait for a month just to get an appointment. Also, it’s a beautiful office! Doesn’t feel like you’re in a doctors office. Thanks OneMedical Concord team!

I was introduced to One Médica while working in San Francisco and honestly I was super impressed how amazing they were. I mean appointments the same day, Dr and staff at their offices super amazing. Just really a place where you want to be see for any Health issues. Since they opened location in the Eat Bay and I live here I started going to Walnut Creek and now Concord. But honestly I’m ready to go back to my traditional Dr office. And this is not about their Dr but about their Labs services. I’m here 3rd time wasting my time! Because the labs are close !! Maybe as feed back if you are able to updated your hours on real time would be beneficial for Customers since your phone lines have a long long long wait before we can get a hold of someone!

I have seen Dr Wang twice and have been impressed with her Diagnosis, she was right on the money, I love her attitude and willingness to listen to you. The office is very organized and up to date on technology. I would definitely recommend her.

I'm a nurse, so this comes from a medical view. Was 15 minutes early, had to wait 10 minutes after my appointment time to be seen by medical assistant. Medical assistant was short on words and not friendly, but knew what she was doing and was thorough. Dr Wang came in 10 minutes later, was nice and diagnosed me quickly. No chit chat, no trying to get to know me and no extra questions. Not my regular dr, but I would see her again if my doctor wasn't available. I appreciate her focus and that she didn't waste my time, just addressed my concerns and send me on my way.

I have been going to Dr. Wang for 4 years. She has been able to help me with a variety of health issues. She is able to dagnose the problem, adress it and refer me to other specialists in a timely fashion. I am very pleased with her service and office staff.
